Big LOL to this. So if you are going to embrace the blogosphere make sure you have time set a side daily or every other day. Well I have an excuse for everything so forgive me if I have not been faithful to my blog.

Well Man Vs Blogging, here we go. We all fall in to the same category of laziness when it comes to blogging. The key is you have to be passionate about writing or just expressing your feelings or opinions by means of sharing it to the masses.

Here I will share some of my tips to keep up with blogging to the men out there ( I don't really want to spill all the beans) ya feel me? Three things to follow.
1. Make it interesting
2. Interact with your readers
3. Patience

well as you can see, I'm in the process of giving my blog the right attention it deserves. Also I have been voice blogging or podcasting to some.

It's 255am and I can't sleep.. maybe coz' I took a long nap.. really long nap.

I've been blessed with a lot of things lately....,, well all my life.
Despite of all little and random events...
I've come to realized that work really sucks..
of all the efforts and that you can put in it you still the employee meaning that you is just a Dot, I don't care who you are ..but you can be replaced. this is why I want to focus on working for my self.. the "me time just gotten better" BABY!!!!

What Makes This Product Unique?

A free radical is an atomic structure with an unpaired electron in its outermost shell. These unpaired electrons tend to be highly reactive, resulting in chemical reactions such as oxidation. Because they have one or more unpaired electrons, free radicals are highly unstable. They scavenge the body to grab or donate electrons, causing damage to cells, proteins and DNA. Free radicals are naturally occurring; however, air pollution, stress, smoking, heavy exercising and aging all contribute to the creation of harmful free radicals. Free radicals can cause oxidative damage to the body, potentially leading to serious health problems. Normally the body is able to protect itself from the damaging effects of free radicals, but if antioxidants are unavailable, or if free radical production becomes excessive, damage can occur.

Antioxidants are natural cell protectors, neutralizing free radicals by pairing an electron to the outermost shell of radical oxygen molecules, rendering them harmless. Antioxidants are nutrients such as vitamins and minerals, and enzymes that are capable of counteracting the damaging, but normal, effects of the physiological process of oxidation in bodily tissues. Antioxidants work in two ways, chain breaking and prevention. A chain-breaking antioxidant such as vitamins A, C and E, stabilize free radicals or cause them to decay into harmless atomic structures. A preventative antioxidant prevents the oxidation process by scavenging free radicals.

Isotonix OPC-3^® is an isotonic-capable food supplement that is made from a combination of bilberry, grape seed, red wine, pine bark extracts and citrus extract bioflavonoids, all found to be potent antioxidants. Oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPCs) are bioflavonoids (complex organic plant compounds) found in fruits, vegetables and certain tree barks that provide exceptional nutritional benefits to the human body. Studies have shown OPCs to be up to 20 times more powerful than vitamin C and 50 times more powerful than vitamin E in neutralizing free radicals. Pycnogenol is a natural plant extract from the bark of the French maritime pine tree, and the most clinically researched and potent bioflavonoid.

Isotonic, which means "same pressure," bears the same chemical resemblance of the body's blood, plasma and tears. All fluids in the body have a certain concentration, referred to as osmotic pressure. The body's common osmotic pressure, which is isotonic, allows a consistent maintenance of body tissues. In order for a substance to be absorbed and used in the body's metabolism, it must be transported in an isotonic state.

The proper use of Friction Free 3000 can help increase gas mileage, prevent dry starts, and reduce exhaust emissions.

As metal moves against metal, microscopic soft-metal particles migrate into pits, crevices, and scratches caused by friction wear. Unlike conventional film lubricants, which cannot properly protect against these conditions, Friction Free 3000's micro-metals fill, pack and plate the imperfect surfaces. The remaining micro-metals constantly circulate to provide added lubrication while seeking out new areas of surface wear.

Friction Free 3000 is intended for use in gasoline engines and should be poured into the oil reservoir, NOT the fuel tank. It can be used in small 4-cycle engines, but should not be used in 2-cycle engines where oil is mixed directly with the fuel. Friction Free 3000 is compatible with both standard and synthetic motor oils. Instructions: Change the oil and filter or have the oil and filter changed by a qualified professional. Start the engine and allow it to reach regular operating temperature. Immediately restart the engine and continue to drive the vehicle at normal speeds for at least ten minutes.

The Wireless Controversy

As with any new technology, wireless phones did not arrive without controversy. Numerous studies have been conducted by private industry, academia, and the government, some of which reflect a concern that over-exposure to electromagnetic waves from cellular and cordless phones can result in real health risks. Until all the facts are in, the best offense consumers have is a good defense.
