In the last months the Communist Party of the Peoples of Spain has been informed of a continuous and sustained situation of hounding against the militants and supporters of our sister party, the Communist Party of India (Marxist).

For several months we have received news from our Indian comrades about killings, shootings, kidnappings, arson of militant's homes and party offices in different areas of India .

All the traces point to the Maoist group called Naxalite, in collusion, in some cases, with forces of the nationalist party Trinamool Congress, as responsible for these terrorist actions.

The Communist Party of the Peoples of Spain would like to express the following:

1)Our strongest condemnation to any kind of violence exerted against the militants and collaborators of the Communist Party of India (Marxist).

2)Our full support to the Communist Party of India (Marxist) in their effort for the rising of the standards of living of the workers and popular classes of India, especially in those Indian states where they participate in the government together with other parties in the coalition Left Front.

The outcome of the elections is to restore the power bloc that leads the project in two versions: the right wing with their varying degrees of neofascist component, and the Social Democrat, in turn, with its variants more or less neoliberal. For the Communists, the foot does not hold water, among other reasons, poque no ideological unity. How can a supposed ideological unity party that is only a coordinator of officials, MEPs and others? Can a party that called so blithely? To give some examples: Bloco Portuguese, Greek, and the UI Synapsismos Spanish are coalitions (in the case of UI do not know very well who to whom) that coexist in the ideological views of the most diverse, from social democrats to Trotskyists ( in all), Maoists and even some ex-Albanian organization (in Portugal and Greece). Good soup for an ideologically coherent and compact, good basis for an alternative to capitalism. If we add to this position openly rightist organizations such as PCF or the Italian side, which is derived by mutation and its ideological and organizational or eventually end up losing all his influence among the working class and popular sectors, we find that common analysis will surely based on the sheer radicalism and opportunism, if not eclectic aventrurerismo and cheaper.

The comrades of the Hungarian Communist Worker´s Party have been those who have given proof of the decomposition and sinking of this project is the reformist PIE. His release April 25, 2009, announcing its abandonment of the PIE, speaks for itself and sums up this line item: "We are convinced that we do not need a "new European political culture" but a very consistent struggle against capitalism for the rights of working classes. The socialist revolution is not a pipe dream, is not a dream, is not the result of a gradual process of reforms. The historical debate between reform or revolution once again came into full force. The keys to rebuilding Marxist - Leninists of the international communist movement, as at other times throughout the history of struggle of the working class, will be a decisive factor in pushing forward the revolutionary process and the triumph of socialism.

Two decades have been sufficient to verify that those who moved away from Marxism - Leninism, far from moving towards what they called "democratic socialism" or "socialism in freedom", had in fact embrace the line of integration in the system, and full of reformism in some cases of anti-communism.

Those who lie to the working class, those who sow illusions about the possibility of remaking or rebuilding of the European Union had foundered. The PIE can not raise an alternative because it is more of the institutional machinery of the EU. The alternative to the capitalist construction of Europe is not on trying to restore capitalism in another way, at least there is not the interest of workers and peoples. The communists have to raise clearly the alternative socialist proud of our past and confident in the future of the new wave of socialist revolutions to humanity. That is the joint proposal of the 21 communist and workers parties in European elections. That is the proposal of PCPE for June 7 and later.

Communiqué of the Executive Committee of PCPE

That a few days to finalize the election campaign to appeal to the withdrawal of the candidature of PCPE can only be regarded as unfair play, following the oldest traditions of the sectarian left and arrogant, has done much damage to the struggle of classes in Spain.

The reality just putting everyone in their place and showing that many who strongly proclaimed part of the revolutionary left are merely elements of a radical left unable to stand outside the dominant ideological codes. Using the argument of the useful vote-with the same reasoning used by the system, to disqualify the user and automatically places it out of the revolutionary camp.

One way or another these statements are in addition to the ongoing campaign, launched from all directions against the development of a common option in our reality, and helping to fuel anti-permanently pushed from the forces of the system.

The nomination of a candidate is PCPE of the working class, which in addition to an electoral alternative, offers daily a proposed organization and the fight continued directly confronted with the EU.

The nomination of PCPE is part of an international project where we are today busy twenty-one communist parties in Europe. The importance of this programmatic agreement gives special meaning to each of the votes received our candidacy. PCPE votes will be added to a project that makes a determined by the coordination of European communists inside and outside of the electoral, no other application offers this political potential.
