The PTC (Parents Television Council)filled 99.8% of the indecency complaints in the year 2003. However, they have filled 99.9% of the complaints through October. The Fox Show, Married by America had only 159 complaints. The FCC could only fine 90 complaints from 23 individuals. So what we have is a monirt in a demorcarcy affecting the majority. Both the FCC and he PTC must understanding that the role of government is not to censor.
