YES, confused, Mrs. Monte was wrong. She claims to have talked to people from Oaklawn and Roosevelt and they told her the "temporary portion of Oaklawn was to be rebuilt in the Jefferson referendum." I don't know if the people Monte talked to were wrong or Mrs. Monte didn't remember correctly what they told her (since she admits it happened over a year ago "They simply invited me to see their schools over a year ago and tell me their situation.") but just because you talk to people who remember things incorrectly it doesn't absolve you from getting accurate information before spreading it around. Of course I don't know why I would expect things with her to change. Accuracy isn't really her strong suit.
