Yet, they are in a rush to punish domestic oil producers with high taxes and royalties. While it would be nice if alternative, clean, renewable energy sources could power the country and end our dependence on oil, the fact is that, barring nuclear power, there is nothing that can replace oil in the short term. This is a great park in a great location.  It's really unfortunate that it's being shut down.  It's only been there for a couple of years and is already very popular.
