Here is his reply:

"Actually .... I can't.

Our HR Department has issued a policy saying we can't endorse or recommend
current or former colleagues online. It is the equivalent to giving an ex
employee a reference over the phone to a prospective employer. We have
always known we couldn't do this and now they have added this. They mention
LinkedIn specifically."

A moleskine notebook and a usb car charger from email service provider Exact Target, might be the nicest items of swag I've gotten all year. Honorable mentions go to Front Gate Tickets for a cool nalgene bottle and to BazaarVoice for a swag bag containing a stainless steal bottle, a knockoff Muleskine notebook and a copy of "Taming the Search and Switch Customer". Ok, what put Exact Target over the top was the fact that the swag was a total surprise.
