Ambush Factory!

So randomly... me and some friends, we bought some land in this roleplay sim called South Gate. It's sort of a post apocalyptic, industrial, urban kinda theme stationed outside the City of Lost Angel's... common theme and such, everyone should know it!

Anyway, I decided to build a factory in the plot of land, somewhere for all the sweatshop workers to finally call home and live in their little tents in the open area behind the factory, close to the broken, flaming incinerator to keep them warm during the cold winter days.

Haha... we just built this for fun and random roleplay purposes. It's not really anything to do with the store, we're not selling the stuff at the factory, just stuck the name with it because it's funny.

Also! Random airship over to the side of the land, not so random :P One roleplay storyline that we were doing was that me and a few friends were steampunk airship pirates and we parked at the factory, then made the workers there fix up our airship. Works out and it's fun.

The place is open to anyone to come by, just be mindful it's a roleplay sim and to obey the rules there. I can be seen there often, so come by and say hi... then I'll sign you up for some indentured servitude in the Ambush Factory :D

Gift Card System

The system has finally been put into place! Store card/gift card/debit card, choose your name to call it.

The difference with our store card compared to most is that it allows you to put almost any amount you want in... like a debit card. That way, you won't have to pay L$500 for a gift card to give to someone and all the products in the store are L$300. The card also works as a debit card, you can keep adding to the card for as much as you want, convenient if you need to use up that L$50 left in the card, but need a bit more L added to balance it out.

And starting now until the 25th of December, a group special will be given to those who wear their AMBUSH Update group tag while putting money into their AMBUSH store/gift/debit card. A 30% bonus will be added onto the amount that you add into the card. So if you buy a L$250 card, the actual amount you'll get is $L325. Unfortunately, it's not shown what the math is... so people will need to do the math themselves here... xD

Milana: Lace, almost Victorian like, diamond dress with off the shoulder top and under bust corset. Skirt and sleeves have underlining lace. Comes in red, green, black, purple, white, and blue.

Personal To-Do List

With the month of December in and the shopping scent in the air, there's been a lot more to do lately than there was last month. Everyone's been pretty busy with getting events going, more advertising out and such. Well, I have my own list of things to do, so I figured... why not use the blog as a way to keep my to-do list. There so needs to be more hours in a day! Or maybe... I should just skip sleeping altogether.. or even eating! Haha.. nah. Anyway.

List is in no particular order to complete, mostly:

/ Shop redesigns, in world, finished main store and second store builds, working on updating Overdrive and StarFish mall store.
+ Get initial product update out... though rather small update
+ Redo blog design... again
+ Get stuff to Kitty Box fashion show thing
+ Get gift card system going and implemented (almost done with help from Cody W)
+ Work on next product update, more clothes, accessories, and stuffs
+ Build more junk to give out as freebies to Update Group
+ Write advertisement information for store to gives to others, e.g. store description and work on advertisement banner in Photoshop... (completed with help, thanks to Nasreen)
/ Update all products into SLExchange, OnRez, and maybe Apez... (ongoing with help from friends)
= Finished SLExchange with help from Taien, Sweet, and Nasreen.
= OnRez in the process with help from Cody

And this list is just what I need to do for my shop... doesn't include what I need to do for the magazine I design... or the sim I help manage...

The list may not seem too much... but time goes by in the day, and then I wonder when I'm going to get things done.

Pretty small update, but some nice stuff!

Haruki Outfit:

New clothes for November

This is a bit late, I actually released these products a few days ago, but better late then never right?

For the Men:

Plain Long Sleeve Shirts: Good for use as an undershirt with a tee over it.

Taien: Two tone long sleeve shirt paired with corduroy pants. Colors come in black, brown, red, blue, and green.

Men's Trenchcoat: With optional fur trimming. Only comes in black and white. Fur trimming comes in black and white for each as well.

For Women:

Tracy: For that classy vintage look. Inspired from when I watched the movie Hairspray... from months ago. I work slow! Comes in black, blue, pink, red, yellow, and green.

Briony: Wanna look... trashy with style? Haha... then wear this great outfit, comes in two versions of fishnet top too! Comes in black, red, blue, green, and yellow.

Kerry: Be warm for the fall in a nice turtle neck sweater. Skirt... will keep you warm too! xD Comes in red, green, blue, yellow, and black.

For All:

Dirty Jeans: Be dirty! Comes in standard jeans colors, black, black washed (washed being faded), blue, dark blue, blue washed.

Boyfriend's Shirt: Upon popular demand from the previous Girlfriend's shirt, here is the boyfriend's shirt! Only comes in black or pink.

Some new clothes for this update!

This update is a little late because I caught the flu and was too out of it to do any work.

But now, the update is complete with lots of new outfits! Check them out at the mainstore in Shantos or Harajukubox.

The only accessory this time is this stitched belt.

Some plain colored tank tops in the pack.

Striped tubetops that come with either white or black stripes.

Classy fur trimmed coat for that extra style. The coat comes in white or black and also includes fur trimming in white or black.

Express yourself with Ambush! Comes in black, red, blue, orange, and green.

Stand in the corner with style by wearing this Corner outfit. Comes in red, black, green, and blue.

Roll down the street by looking good in these solid color urban cropped hoodies. Comes in red, black, blue, green, grey (off white), orange, and pink.

Even tough girls wear skirts, and too add that extra layer of hidden femininity, the skirt has an under layer of lace as well. Comes in black, red, blue, and green.

For that all around look... everything looks good in jeans no? Regular denim jeans in black, black washed, blue, dark blue, and blue washed looks.

Cossack Boots

I managed to find a predesign and mod it to work with our blog! This looks a whole lot better than those default templates from Blogger that were offered to us.

Right so... soon as I find the time to, I'll design a template for the blog and attempt to apply it so that we're not using these default templates stuff!

Of course... how long it'll take me to find the time to get a blog design done, that's another question.

I've recently been lacking time because of my real life job, so yeah, don't worry, I haven't forgotten all of ya'll in SL!
