Size - it should be small enough to fit on a t-shirt and the resolution should be at least 150 dpi. Any file type you can manage is fine although png files will look best. PDF, jpg, gif, and even powerpoint files are fine though. Whatever you can do, do. If you want to make a collage or drawing or cartoon and mail it to me, that's fine too. I'll scan it for you.
