It was tough to fight through but I still have the scars on my fingers to remind me everyday, to stay the hell away from heavy machinery.Hahaha! I mean, I can only imagine the severe pain, particularly when you add chlorine into the mix (*cringe*), but I admire the lesson learned.

Great story! Reminds me of a high school kid I saw at the pool the other day, kicking with a cast on his arm, all wrapped up in plastic. Swimmers never say die, the worst Ive ever done though is swam with a broken toe....OUCH pushing off the walls really hurt.

Nope, you're not alone blairbecky. I just wish that work had shut down completely, instead of dragging me in at 4pm today. Then I wouldn't have to worry about whether my car was dug out or not.

Two consolations: I'll only have to be there until 8pm, and the odds are it'll be really quiet, so I can hang on the blog (and OG) practically undisturbed.

Mrs.H,I'm a third shifter so early in the morning is my nighttime. That's why I'm usually one of the last to post on alot of these threads. Especially at weird times of the day and night.

So yall got to hear the cut fingers story. I dont think the story does tell you much about the pain I went through swimming and than the pain killers. After the meet was over I was in pretty bad shape and my dad handed me a pain killer, WHAT A BEAUTIFUL THING....Sean was swimming in a college meet that night so the fam packed up and went to see him at his meet. Needless to say I am in the back
