Weekend Highlights:-Met up with friends we haven't seen in a while for some Mexican food and catch up time. It was great spending time with them.-Attending M & T's Halloween party and seeing friends in great costumes. The weather was perfect and the bonfire felt just fine. K brought home an Amish Friendship Bread starter bag from a lady at work. We went through all of the instructions and by day ten it was time to bake. This is one of my favorite Korean dishes. My mom makes it slightly different than this like we do not use anchovies. She does use fish cake sometimes which is pretty tasty in this dish but still not an important ingredient. My mom makes her's extra spicy by using fresh jalapenos. Today is the first day of classes on campus. As soon as I swung my feet out of my car into my work's parking lot I hit the pavement running. It is 9:00 a.m. now and I just sat down.
