Rename it. With System convention
Option 3:
Rename it. With user convention.
Option 4:
Put the original file into a Duplicate folder. Then force the new file stay at the current folder.
Option 5:
Terbalik of 5
Option 6:
Don't want the new file. Skip it.
Option 7:
Allow the user to process. So he can go to check and confirm the file.

Do you think such situation?

Why Window get hang?

When I started my PC, then the window started...

After I syok syok surfing around website and do my assignment, suddenly my Window get hang there.

Mouse cannot move , and keyboard cannot type anything.

The Window time , fixed not changing.

I already try to reformat my PC and repair my window but this still happen to my PC.

What should I do to solve this problem?

Kenapa Rumah saya? [Kes Pecah Rumah 13 Sept 2008]

Sebelum ni kunci mangga kita boleh pakai, tapi pada 10 Sept mangga yang kita gunakan tidak dapat dibuka dengan spare key. Tapi hanya satu kunci sahaja yang boleh buka. Kunci original dari weir fong.

So setiap hari kiter keluar masuk kiter guna kunci dier. Kiter sorok kunci dier disebelah pintu keluar.

So far I know pecha rumah tu tak pakai kunci itu. Sebab Kalau mereka tahu kenapa dier pecahkan mangga terbelah dua?...

Pada 12 Sept 2008, sebelum gi kerja, I buka laptop saya untuk download movie untuk sister I tengok. I biar laptop saya terbuka begitu sahaja. Then gi kerja dengan harapan balik hometown dengan movie tersebut. Then pada pukul 4pm, I takut laptop saya terbuka terlalu lama terbakar. Then message my house mate yang ada kat rumah untuk tutup laptop I.

Pada pukul 6pm, housemate saya balik didapati pintu rumah tiada kunci mangga. Dier ingat ada orang (housemate) yang baik hati gi baiki kunci mangga yang rosak. Dier masuk rumah, dan x nampak laptop I. Then dier ingat saya message salah perkataan "laptop" suppose "Desktop". For your information I ada laptop dan desktop. Then dier blah naik bilik.

Pada pukul 8pm, wei jie call kata rumah dicerobohi. Alamak... Masa tu I tengah sibuk submit coding yang urgent. [ Parkson Loreal project === Parkson require coding kiter boleh support win98 ].

Lepas nak discuss dengan supervisor pada coding I buat. Dier sangat leceh, nama variable mesti betul, print log file consider berapa perkataan I print, ... Algo yang tidak consistent akan di reject. Hari pertama I buat tu, code yang looping banyak kali tu direject. Lepas tu I dah x dapat discuss dia dah kerana terlalu takut... [ Actually boleh discuss, sebab code I short jer ]. I tersuruh beritahu supervisor.

Supervisor suruh I balik cepat cepat...

Sesudah tiba rumah lebih kurang 9pm, wei jie , yu Pang, kacang, hui chuan, chai yong, and teacher ada kat rumah.

kiter dapati , 2 Buah Laptop dan RM300++ sahaja yang hilang.

Rm300++ hilang sebab kecuaian saya, letak duit kat laci.
Actually duit tu untuk festival penting.

Lepas tu buat report polis kat Sea Park. Polis datang tangkap 2 keping gambar lepas tu blah.

Ni report nyer...

Pada keesokan hari nyer... Busy tulis blog dan tangkap gambar

Ni Rumah saya...

Pintu yang tiada mangga....

Ni mangga perompak campak

Actually PC saya letak kat ruang tamu... Sebab bilik kecil.

Laptop hilang... Camera x ambik, adapter x ambik, LCD screen x ambik, harddisc x ambik

Ni bilik wei jie... Laptop dier pun hilang...

So barang dah hilang, apa nak buat.
I rasa kena makan roti dan jimat duit lagi.....
dan cari part time pada sabtu ahad...

Akhir kata:
Bila mangga kunci rosak... Tolong tukar yang baru.... 17th selalu ada kes kecurian...

Quite some time I work in B2B Commerce Sdn Bhd.

In the first day interview by Bee Ai then by EcTan. The interview reall confortable and no IQ test. One day after the interview, I received a call from B2B Commerce Sdn Bhd. The EcTan called me. He said my application is successed.

I supervised by a senior named as Mr Tai Tai at his ym. Mr Tai Tai taught me a lot in term of troublshooting mechanism in hardware part beside that in software part he taught me how to code. A code that written by a programmer must be consider the future enhancement and possiblity to be failure.

You can write any code you like to solve your problem. There have many algorithm to solve a problem.

Let's we raise one problem here:
You have a basket of marble. Your task is to identity got how many color in the basket.

I prepare a small note book to jot down the identify color of marble.

Algorithm 1:
First I take out one marble from the basket. Oh, it is red color. Then I jot down on my book. Then I find got red color or not in the basket. If got red all take out... Now, the basket no red color marble because I took it all got. In my list got mark red color. After that I take other marble from the basket. Oh blue color. Then I jot down to my book. Then I find all blue color marble then take it out all of then which is blue. Then continue until no marbe in the basket.

In short, in list? No put it in list then go to the basket find all the same color one then throw away.

Algorithm 2
First I take out one marble from the basket. Oh, it is red color. Then I jot down on my book. When I take the second marble. I will compare with my list. If is in my list I will take it out. If not in my list I will jot it down then take it away. This will continue until no marble in the basket.

In short, in list? No put it in list then throw away. Yes then throw away.

This is the two way can solve the problem. Now we have to simulate which is the best formula.... Eventually we decide to take algo 2 because algo 1 no good in term of finding all the same color marble and throw it away.

Mr Tai Tai is my top favorite supervisor in my life. Even thought my job title is "Application Specialist" but I have to setup a Fax server and a Mail Server.

Mr Tai Tai also know Ubuntu OS. When I having problem with the external modem and the Fax software. Mr Tai Tai will think about the posibility take make the thing did not work.

Here got 4 posibility
1. Modem not functioning
2. Cable problem - loose, or spoilt
3. Ubuntu OS does not detect the modem
4. Fax Software problem.

We start troubleshoot with the modem. Put it at Window environment. The with Hypertermianl see can type at command or not. Yes proceed. No mean the modem spoilt buy new one.

Cable, take out the cable that can go through internet and replace with my cable. If my cable can go through internet also mean cable ok. Else cable spoilt replace new one.

Ubuntu cannot detect modem. Install GNOME PPP. plug in modem and it serial port. See the GNOME PPP can talk to the modem or not. Can modem ok, else UBuntu OS problem.

Fax Software. Test can fax? Can fax mean ok else replace the software.

There have a lot of possiblity make your work down. Please identify the problem first before you confirm it cannot work...

Any client software needed?

Is it as easy as Mysql database or MS SQL [ Just Click on Extract database to script... ] Then load back to the new database...

The script will create the schema and insert the data into the database....

Question 2

Let say the database too huge 100G, can I extract a portion of the data?
Let say I extract 80% from the existing database...

How can I do this?

For example I run this command:

yum search gcc

Then I have a list of related gcc repositor installer

then I choose...

yum install gcc.i386

then a warning prompt out:
[root@localhost ~]# yum search gcc
Loading "installonlyn" plugin
Existing lock /var/run/yum.pid: another copy is running. Aborting.

Why?

Last time I also using this command to install the gcc but at that time my pc go problem suddenly stop function( cursor cannot move and key board no functioning). Then I restart.... At that time the yum install no complete yet...

How to delete the /var/run/yum.pid... since there is no user using it....

May I know how can I check Hardware Device in Ubuntu?

I already attached my modem with my laptop.
Then I restart.
There is no error when the Ubuntu start up.
So many I know , how can I figure out there is a new modem attach my laptop?
