I managed to get on the bike and do some "openers" (yeah i'm getting tired of that word too - overuse burnout). First time I got really effective trainer based stuff in on the bike on a Friday before a verge race maybe all season. We'll see if it makes any difference. Hell I might even have to go for a coffee in the morning. Just to add some intensity. Or i wait and get a cup at the Race.

What a ride in. Was going to try and drill it on the way in but I stopped to take pictures here and there. What dieter did makes sense. I'm sure he ran it at a loss last year even with the huge fields. More fields means more cops more officials more this more that more more more more...Supply and Demand.
