I wonder if it is an Asian Giant Hornet--the insects are not labeled apart from some Asian lettering that translates into "Made in Japan."

I wonder if that cicada killer is actually a Asian (or Japanese) Giant Hornet. They are famous for the video on Natl Geographic of a group of honeybees literally "burning" one alive.
