I would have never believed it, if you would have told me that my friend Jackie, was going to be talking about dog poop on tv!!! Well, seems that our neighboring city, Bartlesville Oklahoma, is considering a poop ban, making it a requirement for people that own dogs to be responsible citizens and pick up their dog's poop!!! I wish all cities would require it.....especially Tulsa.
