I was searching for images of Starflight on Google Images recently, and came across a game I'd never heard of called <a href="http://www.epochstar.com/">Epoch Star</a>, which was released in the middle of 2005.<br /><br />Apparently, <a href="http://www.epochstar.com/">Epoch Star</a> is a space adventure game reminiscient of Starflight and Star Control II, and was created by <a href="http://www.battlelinegames.com/">Battleline Games</a>. I played the game for an hour or so last night, and found it was very similar to those two games, but with its own tweaks like a WASD control scheme. I had a ton of fun with the game, so I'd suggest anyone who has even a passing interest in space adventures at least check it out, since it's a free download.
