He was surrounded by all of his kids, his wife, and his sister.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Born in Lynn, Mass., he was the son of Irene Tirabassi and the late Frederick Tirabassi.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Victor shined Christ, and was a model of generosity, hard work, holiness, and good humor.
