In a medium-sized microwaveable bowl, combine semi-sweet choclate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave on high for one to one and a half minutes. Stir at one minute until smooth. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal, stirring until all pieces are evenly coated. Pour cereal mixture into a large resealable plastic bag with powdered sugar. Seal securely and shake until all pieces are well coated. Cook on medium heat until the cheese is melted, then flip on to the other side using a spatula. Let it cook until both tortillas are golden brown and crispy. Stir in any or all of the vegetables you desire, cover the dish. Refrigerate for an hour or two to let the flavors mix.
