Certainly I'm always horrified by the way most children behave (and most children here are white) in public places like restaurants. They run around screaming, they moan and complain, they play with the food. And I'm equally horrified by the parents' pathetic indifference to the havoc and the annoyance to other diners. Of course children should be properly behaved in public with due respect for their parents and other people present.
