At New Woman All Woman Abortion Clinic on July 20, 2007, Rev. Flip Benham was arrested allegedly for disorderly conduct. That conduct was reading from the Bible. When the police first approached Rev. Benham, they wanted to see the assembly and noise permits that OSA had been granted for that day. When it was determined OSA did have lawful permits, the police said we could only use the microphone to give direction to our people. Rev. Benham said he was giving direction by reading the Bible. He was then arrested.

This is a clear case of squashing of 1st. amendment rights. The Bible, God’s Word is direction and instruction to those who walk in the light of Jesus Christ, but a stumbling block to those who delight in the evil deeds of darkness. The police were clearly following the direction of those who would kill innocent little boys and girls, rather than following God’s direction, from His Word.

The Supreme Court of the Universe to Consider The U.S. Supreme Court

Christians from across the land have come to Birmingham to confront the sin of abortion. Today, Friday July 20, 2007, we will hold Ecclesiastical Court at the Federal Building in Birmingham. “We will no longer sit idly by while our rich Christian heritage is being desecrated by Supreme Court anti-Christ bigotry.” Rev. The abominable lies within six specific Supreme Court decisions have unleashed untold violence and death upon the American people. Because of these treasonous decisions against Almighty God, against the Constitution of the United States of America, and against her historical biblical roots, we are reaping violence of unprecedented degree in our schools, workplaces, and streets. Abortion, the shedding of innocent blood, is the root of all said violence.

At 10:30 am, this morning, OSA Saints held an open casket memorial service for a tiny preborn baby girl we named Sarah. We do this in order to put value on her life, to be a voice for those who have no voice. Two empty chairs represented Sarah’s missing mother and father.

Eva Edl told us she knew how it felt to be classified as “just garbage “ like Sarah. She was held in Gakovaa concentration camp by the Serbian government following WWII. She urged pro-lifers to “Continue doing what you’re doing. Keep it up! Keep it up!” She said, “So that the Lord will spare this nation.”

Abortion holocaust survivor, Sarah Jones (17), spoke for the missing members of her generation, asking us to let our hearts break for Baby Sarah, and bringing us to repentance.

Pastor Flip Benham assured us that “There is life after death and, though Sarah’s mother and father are not here with her today, there are family members to greet her on the other side.”

When one sees Sarah,” he said, “the truth is so humble that it could cause the people to repent.”

Evening Rally
Pastor Ronnie Wallace was at New Woman All Women abortion clinic this morning and had this testimony about our young warriors. He said when he was preaching “The police seemed to want to arrest me. A bunch of young people standing with me said, ‘If they take you to jail we will take your Bible and keep on preaching.’” Pastor Ronnie said, “God is raising up a mighty generation that is willing to take a stand and preach right on the streets where Jesus preached.”

Flip introduced Alabama State Senator Hank Irwin, describing him as “a statesman, not a politician.”

The Senator told OSA participants at tonight’s rally that 1000 babies a month are killed in this state.

“We have had fires, 911, hurricanes, war, floods, and earthquakes. Have we done something that has precipitated all these disasters?” he asked. “Could this be the divine judgment of God?”

“We are doing an abominable thing in this country. If we want peace and posterity, our country must come to its senses and realize we must stop killing babies.”

The senator said “Every year I sponsor a bill that says abortion is wrong, we must stop killing children. Each time it fails,” he said

“What we are doing is making a difference for eternity. Some day we will stand at the throne of Jesus. A sweet girl will come up and say ‘I am here because I got to be born, and look at all the people I was able to lead to Jesus because you were there and helped me to be born,’” Senator Irwin said.

American hero, Judge Roy Moore, our featured speaker, said he “stands on the principal that God founded this nation.”

Judge Moore spoke about the Senate being opened by a Hindu cleric’s prayer. “Everybody has the right to worship the way they want to, but our nation is not founded on Hinduism, he said. Would our forefathers allow a Hindu priest to pray in the Senate? No!”

He pointed out that 52 of the 55 of the signers of the U.S. Constitution were members of organized Christian churches. “Benjamin Franklin, whom they say was a deist and that the Constitution he helped fashion had no connection with God, included scripture in much of what he said and wrote,” Judge Moore said.

In the beginning of the Revolutionary War, Ben Franklin noted, “We meet each morning for prayer.”

Judge Moore found that the one common thread as a public official is, if you truly acknowledge the sovereign God, they take you out!

He recounted his time before the court of the Judiciary, Nov. 12, 2003.

Cross Examination:

If you became Chief Justice you would acknowledge God?

Yes.

Then you would insist on acknowledging God?

Absolutely!

I would be required to by the Constitution of Alabama.

“They are playing a secular game,” Judge Moore said. “They can’t attack prayer in the Senate, so instead they use Hindu or Moslem prayer, anything in an attempt to diminish Almighty God.”

Teens Serve the Savior
Three Texas teens, Blaine Smith, Pierce O’Dell and Joel Puckett, introduced a video at tonight’s rally of their church youth group’s sidewalk activities at Fairmont and Northpark abortion mills. Two dozen young people come out weekly to hold signs, pray, sing praises and do one-on-one witnessing. These young arrows are an encouragement to all the Saints engaged in the battle to rescue the unborn.

Jihad in the Womb
Eric Holmberg, who produces Christian DVD’s, warned that child killing and homosexuality are the death knell of a culture. You can’t flaunt God’s laws and prosper as a society, he said. He is producing a new video The Real Jihad.

He said he is convinced that Jihadists were “fashioned as a foil to bring us to destruction.”

According to Mr. Holmberg, more Muslims are being saved since 9-11 than ever before. “70 imans in Pakistan had dreams the same night about Jesus.”

Presidential Candidate Campaigns
We heard from Hugh Cort, a Believer who is campaigning for president as a Republican prolife conservative. See: www.cortforpresident.com. Mr. Cort says he has a plan for overturning Roe v Wade, is strong on the war and wants to deport illegal aliens.

Brother Bill Shanks “Mayor of New Orleans” made us smile as always, even as he gave some signs and judgments from the Lord. He said Katrina, which almost destroyed New Orleans, was a judgment on that city because of its sins.

Katrina caused the cancellation of Southern Decadence, the homosexual lust fest. “Bourbon Street was spared during Katrina,” he said, “so twelve homosexuals decided to hold a gay pride parade there; then... God sent Hurricane Rita to destroy Bourbon Street!”

The National Abortion Federation offered free abortions to Katrina victims in Beaumont. Bro. Bill reminded us that “26 days later Beaumont was hit by Rita! God will not be mocked by sin!”

Jesus is the Standard
Pastor A.J. Johnson spoke to us from an enthusiastic heart for imparting Jesus’ truths, emphasizing that Christians must meet a higher standard than even the Ten Commandments. We are stretching towards the standard of our Savior who said that not only murder will put us in danger of the judgment, but anger at our brother will do the same.

Jezebel Rose Up Against Authority and Was Arrested

Jezebel was arrested today. In Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Gloria, the Director of the West Women’s Center abortion clinic refused to obey the lawful authorities and was arrested at approximately 8:30 am.

Operation Save America is often portrayed as law breakers when we are truly law keepers, first God’s Law then the laws of our land. About 200 gentle Christians planned to travel from the OSA Birmingham Event to Tuscaloosa on Wednesday. We learned that the killing center changed their schedule, so we did the same. We took the Gospel of Christ to the gates of hell in Tuscaloosa today, Tuesday, July 17.

When Operation Save America arrived at the clinic, its director began threatening the Christians. The police, in order to avoid an altercation, asked her to calm down. She replied, “I will do what I want.” When told she must obey rightful authorities, she stated she would not obey. She was immediately arrested.

Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. Romans 13:1

In many cities the God given authority is used wrongfully – to oppress Christians and squash 1st amendment rights. In ONE city, Tuscaloosa Alabama, the police use their authority correctly, defending the innocent and keeping order. The spirit of Christ loves order. The spirit of Jezebel hates authority.

Judge Roy Moore, Alabama’s favorite Judge, and Hank Erwin, Alabama’s favorite Senator will speak at the Thursday Operation Save America Rally in Birmingham, July 19, 2007. These are men who understand true submission to authority, even at great cost.

Ante Pavkovic gave a brief report on this morning’s arrest of the manager of the West Alabama Women’s Center in Tuscaloosa where 100+ Operation Save America Saints showed up to plead for mercy for unborn children.

Ante had rebuked the manager for her role in the deaths of little unborn boys and girls, which made her angry. She told him, “You’re going to be arrested!”

“No,” Ante replied prophetically, “You’re going to be arrested!”

Ten minutes later, he said he walked back by the manager and she was being handcuffed as the result of an altercation with police officers.

We are praying for the repentance and salvation of both clinic manager and abortionist Louis T. Payne.

Tonight’s speaker, Bob Enyart, pastor of Denver Bible Church and talk show host, spoke about a division in the pro-life community resulting from the celebration of what Colorado Right to Life, Human Life International, Operation Save America, and the American Life League calls, “one of the most barbaric opinions ever issued by an American court,” the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban (PBA).

Bob Enyart said Christians were misled by pro-life leaders (see KGOV.com for list of leaders) who claimed the ruling would protect children.

In the city where Dr. Martin Luther King focused world attention on the civil rights movement and the injustices against our Black American brothers and sisters, Operation Save America has come to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the remaining two killing mills.

Where Birmingham once had seven abortion clinics shedding innocent
blood, two of the south's most notorious abortionists have closed up shop and only two clinics remain.

Today hundreds of pro-life Christian street activists marched through downtown Birmingham and stood boldly preaching the gospel to the New Woman, All Women "Health?" Care clinic.

Diane Derzis, owner of the death camp, had quite a day.

Sporting a light pink t-shirt with the slogan "Pro-choice, Y'all!" MS Derzis spent close to an hour sweeping the driveway of her mill. Restricted behind police tape across the street Denver sidewalk counselor, Jo Scott, shouted, "You can sweep till you're blue in the face but you'll never be able to sweep your sins away."

Without the blood of Jesus and repentance, MS D can keep smoking cigarettes and dancing around, mocking God about the innocents being slain each day in her business yet, sure judgment awaits.

At one point, our happy death peddler rolled out a barbeque and pulled up a chaise lounge, as if the party was just about to begin.

Street preacher, Ken Scott, was approached by several officers claiming that their morning permit to preach to the clinic and rescue babies had expired and the crowd would be required to disperse.

When that tactic failed, they returned insisting that Brother Ken "calm down!" The assembled told the officers that the Lord was speaking through Ken and that it wasn't possible for him to restrain himself.

Inspired by the fire in his heart to save the lost souls who were leading others to choose the way that leads to death, Ken moved to the corner and turned up the volume. The officers and few NOW "women," holding "Keep Abortion Legal" and "This clinic stays open," signs heard about Global Warming being on the way, "It's called the burning lake of fire," exhorted Mr. Scott.

The death camp was closed Saturday and this morning, saving who knows how many innocent babies from an unjust death sentence.

Three women entered the clinic this afternoon but were given stern warnings about the price that will be paid for shaking one's fist at God.

Sweeping the spider webs from the souls of those who lure girls into their deadly trap, promising freedom from one's responsibilities, is a job for Almighty God alone through the shed blood of his only son Jesus Christ.

Praise Him that there are still saints in America who take this matter seriously and aren't afraid to turn theology into biography in the streets of Birmingham, Alabama.

May justice replace injustice in the hearts of her citizens, ending
this deadly holocaust.

Christians with Operation Rescue/Operation Save America’s Birmingham outreach lovingly took the message of life, through literature and abortion signs, to our friends - four evangelical churches - this morning. The churches had been sent a packet of information with an invitation to join OSA this week. None had responded to the invitation.

Two of the four, Briarwood Presbyterian and Liberty Church, were in the vanguard of the Rescue movement in 1988-89 and were among five churches sued by an abortion clinic for $50 million. Briarwood won their case but members gave up sidewalk ministry at abortion mills. These churches currently sponsor Save-A-Life crisis pregnancy centers. Members of Save -A-Life are not allowed to participate in street activism …

OSA visitors to Liberty Church’s morning service reported that the church was exceedingly gracious to them. After words of favor from Pastor Bruce Terry, the church’s former pastor spoke welcoming OSA and saying how glad he was that OSA was keeping the plight of the unborn before the public eye. He asked the congregation how many members had been in the 1991 “Rescue.” Several had, including the former pastor. The youth minister said he planned to get with Pastor A.J. Johnson from “Doers of the Word” Church that is hosting OSA’s nightly rallies to see how their youth might participate with us this week.

Pastor Parker and his “All Star Troupe”, from Campbell Chapel AME Church in Pulaski, TN, entertained and enlightened us with a play connecting the efforts of Harriet Tubman, who saved over 1,000 slaves via the underground railroad, with current efforts to save preborn babies from abortion.

Pulaski is the birthplace of the Ku Klux Klan (KKK).

According to Pastor Parker, Planned Parenthood kills more black Americans in three days than the KKK did in its entire history. He said blacks comprise only 13% of the population yet one of every three babies killed through abortion is black.

Pastor Parker is among a group of pastors who have been seeking to bring the issue of abortion before the AME Council of Bishops. AME is the largest black church in the world. Permission was recently been granted.

Salvations

Jo Scott visited with neighborhood children playing in the vicinity of our host church. She showed them her abortion education book and later was able to lead four children to the Lord.

Solemn Assembly

Curtis Fenison led off the Solemn Assembly with the blowing of the Shofar. The church of Jesus Christ came, with our faces low to the ground, in repentance for failing to stop the shedding of innocent blood. Our souls were mortified when the Rev. Flip Benham read from Isaiah 1:15. “When you raise your hands in prayer, I will hide my eyes from you. Your hands are covered in blood.”

We are guilty of the charges brought against us, voiced by our pastors and elders: apathy and a compromising spirit, promoting religion while failing to have relationship with Christ.

Our Christian men are losing moral authority as they lose the battle against lust.

We no longer fear God and yet, Bro. David Lackey reminded us, “We go from fear-to-fear-to-fear in our lives, rather than to faith in God.”

We have behaved selfishly. Pastor Ronny Wallace encouraged us to prepare for our children. “Two generations will suffer if selfishness allows us to squander our child’s inheritance.”

We have failed to follow the laws and statutes of the Lord. “Teach me O Lord, the way of Your statutes, and I shall keep it to the end. Give me understanding and I shall keep your law; indeed I shall observe it with my whole heart.” (Ps 119:33-34.)

Having confessed our sins and repented of them, we are prepared for the joy that comes from the Lord when we begin to stand for Him.

A Solemn Assembly

For not actively opposing the shedding of innocent blood and failing to rescue those unjustly sentenced to death.
For the compromise, indifference and apathy of the Church.
For the failure of men to fight the battle against the prevailing spirit of lust.
For becoming more concerned about offending men rather than of offending God.
For squandering our costly godly heritage and wasting our children’s righteous heritage.
For failing to build our nation and its institutions upon the righteous foundations of God’s eternal law.

We must return to God’s Law which is the standard that is binding upon all men, at all times, and in every nation.

Participants, many of whom are veterans from past years of “Rescue” campaigns, met to sing praises, celebrate the Lord’s goodness and seek His power and direction as they prepared to lay siege to the city in the name of Jesus.

The Reverend Flip Benham, Operation Save America’s national director, spoke to the group about the spiritual status of the nation.

“God has been removed from America,” he said, “and when God is removed violence always comes in. We have blood in the streets and blood in the womb.”

He introduced Ante Pavkovic, describing how Ante, his wife Kathy and their daughter Christan Sugar were arrested for quoting Scripture and praying in Jesus’ name in opposition to a Hindu cleric opening the U.S. Senate with prayer, Flip said this was not the first time God had sent the Church to the state, The prophet Nathan (the Church) was sent to confront and rebuke King David (the state) for his sin.

Ante told the audience what a tremendous privilege it had been to serve - to stand in the gap. “The government has betrayed the covenant of God,” he said. “The senate is in rebellion to God. Every day we do things to challenge God.”

“I just pray that the anger of God was turned away (by the Pavkovic’s actions),” he added.

An Urban Drama

Pastor Joseph Parker, and members of Campbell Chapel will present an original Drama about real life situations where individuals must make crucial decisions. The choice to follow God’s Law and direction, or not, will make all the difference in their lives.

We must return to God’s Law which is the standard that is binding upon all men, at all times, and in every nation.

The Drama will be followed by a Solemn Assembly with local Birmingham pastors leading the church in repentance.

The Need for Real Father's in Birmingham

This sequence of pictures broke my heart as a father ushers his daughter and grandchild into the abortion mill in Birmingham, Alabama . This father is going to help his daughter kill her own child – his grandchild. It happened this past Saturday, June 23, 2007. The daughter knows deep in her heart that this is wrong. God’s Law is written upon her heart. If only she had a father true to the Gospel. If only she had a father whose heart was like that of our heavenly Father.

It will be our privilege to bring the Gospel of Christ to the gates of hell in Birmingham, Alabama, this summer once again. There are two remaining abortion mills in Birmingham, and the saints in this city have asked us to help push what is left of the abortion industry into a deep grave.

We first came to Birmingham in the spring of 1994. Abortionists Tommy Tucker and Bruce Lucero were the heavy hitters of the abortion industry in the south. Both had abortion mills in Birmingham. The Church of Jesus Christ faced these two Goliaths head on in a week long battle called, “Holy Week Passion for Life.” This event was designed to bring the Church of Jesus Christ to the gates of hell and challenge the newly adopted “Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances” (FACE) law.

FACE was specifically crafted by the abortion industry through one Charles Schummer, then a Democratic Congressman from the state of New York, to legislate Christianity and the Christian witness off the streets. With our faces low to the ground, and the Gospel of Christ in our hearts, we purposed to obey God rather than man.
One hundred and eighty-four Christians were arrested that week for kneeling and praying on a public sidewalk in front of the five abortion mills in Birmingham. That’s right! They were not blocking doors, but praying on a public sidewalk. Twenty-two babies were saved and nineteen mothers gave their hearts to Christ.
These gentle Christian warriors were arrested for violating a city ordinance that was designed to keep our black brothers and sisters from congregating on a public sidewalk. According to this unconstitutional ordinance, four or more people could not gather on a public sidewalk to promote any person or cause without a permit - so much for the First Amendment - so much for the Christian witness - so much for our responsibility to love our neighbors as ourselves. Acting like Christians wasn’t going to be allowed in Birmingham, AL.
Birmingham was the focal point of the civil rights marches and sit-ins in the early 60’s. Rev. Martin Luther King’s famous “Letter from the Birmingham Jail” was actually written from the Birmingham jail. One hundred and eighty-four of us were privileged to stay in that very same jail. We were incarcerated outside the actual jail within a fenced in portion (pictured below). There we saw a sign bearing “Bull Connor’s” name, the sheriff that turned the dogs loose and the fire hoses on those standing for the humanity and equality of our black brothers and sisters. It was our date with history.

Saints held in the Birmingham jail where Rev. Martin Luther King wrote his letter. The battle we fight is the same, just a different colored glove. One colored glove: the humanity and equality of our black brothers and sisters. Second colored glove: the humanity and equality of our little brothers and sisters in their mother’s wombs. Both gloves cover the hand of one who has come to rob, kill, and destroy -- the devil! The battle is the same.
VICTORIES WON IN BIRMINGHAM!
Abortionist Tommy Tucker’s abortion mill (pictured below) was closed within a month. During “Holy Week Passion for Life,” Rusty Thomas had prophesied this very thing. Tucker was completely broken and exposed by the IRS. Dave Lackey was given a divine appointment to witness the Gospel of Christ to Mr. Tucker on an airplane flight while flying to our National Event in Orlando in 1998. Mr. Tucker is no longer killing babies. He has not yet given his heart to Christ, but he has not forgotten your witness. Please continue to pray for him.
Abortionist Bruce Lucero moved out of Birmingham and opened Springfield Women’s Diet Center just outside Washington, D.C. He is no longer killing babies. Mr. Lucero was the one who boasted on national TV that he always drove into the abortion mill armed with a weapon. He is also the one who beat several gentle Christian warriors with a tire tool and attempted to kill one pregnant mother with his car.

That particular clinic, which housed Tommy Tucker, was closed for good three and one half weeks after this picture was taken.
We are asking you to join us July 14-22, 2007 to storm the gates once again in Birmingham, Alabama. Let us beseech God to close the remaining abortion mills in this city so that freedom might truly ring for the innocent in Birmingham and all across the nation.

LETTER FROM A BIRMINGHAM JAIL
Excerpt taken from Dr. King’s letter to the religious community opposing his actions in Birmingham. One can see that the battle never changes, only the arena. We have added the italics to clarify this truth.
“…I must make two honest confessions to you, my Christian and Jewish brothers. First, I must confess that over the past few years I have been gravely disappointed with the white moderate (American Church). I have almost reached the regrettable conclusion that the Negro's (pre-born child’s) great stumbling block in his stride toward freedom is not the White Citizen's Councilor or the Ku Klux Klanner (abortion industry), but the white moderate (Church), who is more devoted to "order" than to justice; who prefers a negative peace which is the absence of tension to a positive peace which is the presence of justice; who constantly says: "I agree with you in the goal you seek, but I cannot agree with your methods of direct action"; who paternalistically believes he can set the timetable for another man's freedom; who lives by a mythical concept of time and who constantly advises the Negro (pre-born child) to wait for a "more convenient season."
Shallow understanding from people of good will is more frustrating than absolute misunderstanding from people of ill will. Lukewarm acceptance is much more bewildering than outright rejection.
I had hoped that the white moderate (Church) would understand that law and order exist for the purpose of establishing justice and that when they fan in this purpose they become the dangerously structured dams that block the flow of social progress. I had hoped that the white moderate (Church) would understand that the present tension in the South (United States) is a necessary phase of the transition from an obnoxious negative peace, in which the Negro (pre-born child) passively accepted his unjust plight, to a substantive and positive peace, in which all men will respect the dignity and worth of human personality. Actually, we who engage in nonviolent direct action (Christians at the abortion mill) are not the creators of tension. We merely bring to the surface the hidden tension that is already alive. We bring it out in the open, where it can be seen and dealt with. Like a boil that can never be cured so long as it is covered up, but must be opened with all its ugliness to the natural medicines of air and light, injustice must be exposed, with all the tension its exposure creates, to the light of human conscience and the air of national opinion before it can be cured.”
