Shelled out a few dinero to watch Manny Pacquiao slice up Miguel Cotto last night in the WBO welterweight championship bout. Went back through the Yuma archives and found this great boxing site featuring the photo's of Harry Winkler, a longtime Los Angeles area fight figure and California correspondent for The Ring magazine from 1939 to 1953. He is best remembered, however, for his extensive collection of boxing photographs.

Including this collection by Sir Lancelot from Zorch's Inner Sanctum which was thrown in with a bunch of zombie-themed 78s which are interesting as well.

No, it's not a flare-up of tinnitus, every tune you hear on Sid Bass' With Bells On is actually infused with chimes, glockenspiels, gongs, and every other sort of clanging instrument you can imagine.

If I were a peppy radio DJ I'd say "Bells are ringing? No, more like Bells are SWINGING". But I'm not, so I won't.
