Oh *x%x!! , I’m screwing it up!!!”</p/><p>I think as you grow older sometimes you just slow down a bit also. Always remember that if things stink right now, they will change soon.</p/><p>Sometimes it helps to distract yourself from whatever is bothering you. Like, go to a movie, or go for a walk.</p/><p>Working out is good, but it helps to find a gym where everything is low key.
