(Should I hum a few bars?)<BR/><BR/>If I can't move along on the current piece of work for whatever reason, I usually pull out an old piece (unfinished, or finished but has room to grow, etc.) <BR/><BR/>I do like the idea of taking a sentence or two and making up a story and then writing it.<BR/><BR/>Presently I am behind on a self imposed revision deadline, so it's not so much the muse misfiring, it's me thinking, well, I'll just go to the gym or I'll just wash the kitchen floor, or maybe I'll call and see if the grandkids need grandma for some reason today.<BR/><BR/>That's not a problem with the Muse.
