No pain once again. And if Garmin is right, I can actually run at a pace of 6.15 mpk. Same thing for the walking, I can actually walk at a pace of 8.15 mpk. I guess my legs are more powerful now that I can put my foot on the ground the right way. <br />I am very happy. <br />I have to find a stretch now or maybe an exercise for my ligaments on the side of my tigh. Because they feel like they are wounded up like elastic. But one thing at a time. I will get the right way with all. <br /><br />In other news, we are now the proud owners of a plasma 1080P Panasonic tv and a Wii!!!
