Everybody knows that but HOW to take care of the print heads, many may ask. It's actually very simple. Just ensure that there is lubrication to prevent burnt out or clogging of print heads. Lubrication in this case refers to the ink. So, just make sure you keep refilling the cartridges with ink. Do not leave any cartridge empty.

For that reason, many switch from compatible (sponge in it usually prevents the ink from flowing out consistently causing air to move in and eventually damage the printhead) to spongeless refillable cartridge.

If your printer's print head does clog, this refillable cartridge can be used as a MAINTENANCE KIT to aid the cleaning process! First of all, you have to perform a nozzle check to find out which colour cartridge is clogged. For example, yellow ink doesn't come out because of a clog in the yellow cartridge. So, what you have to do is to take the yellow ink out from the yellow cartridge using a syringe and put it back into the yellow ink bottle. Then, put in a special cleaning chemical into the cartridge. Clean the print head once and leave it overnight. Then, clean the head again and leave it for another day. After 2 - 3 days of head cleaning, the clog should be cleared. Perform another nozzle check to confirm that there is no more clogs.

This method can clean minor clogs. When the clog is cleared, you can then throw the cleaning chemical away and put back the ink and start printing again! If the clog fails to clear, bring your printer to:

Berjaya Technology at 2-69 & 70, Low Yat Plaza, KL.

Special cleaning chemical can be ordered through phone:
012 - 3322 120 (Mr. Tay) or 03 - 9019 5803 (Office)

JO-Nhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01010414275986799833noreply@blogger.com6tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-776983184186964553.post-32902744565521061212007-09-08T08:05:00.000+08:002007-09-14T11:02:49.291+08:00HP Business Inkjet 1000 - Corporate Printer

Are you looking for a laser printer? EPSON printers are great but the original cartridge is very expensive and cannot be refilled! Who can afford to purchase these original cartridge for a long period of time?

Now, this spongeless refillable cartridge makes all things possible! It is not the conventional type of refilling kit. It is spongeless with auto reset chips, transparent (you can see the ink level) and it is easy to refill (you just need to open up a rubber covering the hole on the cartridge, put your syringe in and pump the ink into the cartridge). For certain models, you don't even have to dismantle the cartridge to refill. The refilling can be done with the cartridge still in the printer!

It is that simple and most importantly it SAVES you a lot of MONEY!

Here's the cost comparison of original cartridge, compatible cartridge and our refillable cartridge:

1 ml ink in original cartridge : RM5.00 - RM7.00

1 ml ink in compatible cartridge : RM1.50 - RM3.00

1 ml ink in refillable cartridge : RM0.30

Each time you pump in the ink, it's just RM2 - RM3 per colour. So, why pay more? Now, with this refilling kit, everyone can print!

To order: call 012 - 3322 120 (Mr. Tay) or 03 - 9019 5803 (office) and the order will be sent by courier upon payment.

Worried about Print Head Damage?

Some may think that by using compatible or refillable cartridge, the print head will be damaged easily. This wrong perception must be washed off immediately! Print heads damage is usually caused by dry ink nozzles (no ink) in one or more cartridges. Ink acts like a lubricant in the cartridge where it protects the print head from burnt out. With this lubricant in the cartridge, the print head will not be damaged so easily. That is why compatible cartridges can cause damage as we do not know when the cartridge runs out of ink. Spongeless refillable cartridge has none of this problem as we can see the ink level and know when to refill. So, don't leave your cartridges empty and remember to refill it when the ink level is low!

JO-Nhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01010414275986799833noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-776983184186964553.post-20523267706389289262007-07-26T05:00:00.000+08:002007-09-14T10:57:21.414+08:00Nozzle Check and Head CleaningThese are the 2 important features for maintenance of your printer.

Nozzle Check

If your printouts are unexpectedly faint or have some missing dots or lines, it means that certain colour ink does not flow out nicely and consistantly. The water resistency for inkjet paper is much better than the normal A4 paper.
