Diğer tarafta&lt;br /&gt;kıyma köfte harcı ve suyla iyice yoğrulduktan sonra küçük misket şeklinde toplar yapılır. Top şeklindeki köfteler de kızartılır. Daha sonra patates ve köfteler yassı güveçlere konulur. Üzerlerine rendelenmiş kaşar peynir ve kırmızı toz biber serpiştirilerek fırına verilir. Yeni tariflerle yakın zamanda tekrar sizlerle birlikte olmak dileğiyle, sıcak havalarda serinlemek için birebir bir içecek olan ev yapımı limonata tarifimi paylaşıyorum.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Malzemeler:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;-5 adet limon&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;-1 lt. su&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Yarım kg. toz şeker&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Yarım demet nane yaprağı&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Limon kabuğu rendesi&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Buz&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Yapılışı:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;İyice yıkanmış limonların kabukları rendelenir. Limonların suyu sıkılır. 1 lt. suyun içine rendelenen kabuklar, limon suyu, doğranmış nane yaprakları ve şeker eklenip blenderla iyice çırpılır. Hazırlanan limonata süzgeçten süzüldükten sonra nane yapraklarıyla süslenip servis edilir.&lt;br /&gt;not:Şeker tatlılık oranına bağlı azaltılıp çoğaltılabilir. Pişen mercimeklerin içerisine bulgur katılıp ocak kapatılır ve üzeri kapatılıp bir süre bekletilir. Diğer bir tarafta yarım çay bardağı sıvıyağa salçalar, tuz, toz kırmızı biber, pulbiber ve çok küçük doğranmış domatesler katılarak iyice karıştırılır. Elde edilen harç bulgur ve mercimekli karışımın içine eklenir. Son olarak karışımın içerisine nar ekşisi dökülür. Elde edilen hamur 6 bezeye bölünür. Bezeler üstüne bir bez örtülüp yarım saat dinlenmeye bırakılır. (Bekletilmiş bezeler daha kolay açıldığı için) Bekletilmiş bezeler börek yufkasından biraz daha kalın açılır. Açılan hamur 1.5/2 cm.lik karelere kesilir. Bu karelerin içine yapılan harçtan fındık büyüklüğünde koyulup mantılar bohça şeklinde kapatılır. Ardından mantılar makarna gibi tuzlu suda haşlanır. Doğranmış soğanlar, kıymayla birlikte bir yemek kaşığı sıvıyağda iyice kavrulur. Rendelenmiş iki domates, salça ve baharatlar kıymanın içine eklenir. Karışım 4-5 dk. kadar pişirilir. Ocak kapatıldıktan sonra karışımın içine doğranmış maydanoz eklenir.&lt;br /&gt;Patlıcanlar piştiklerinde kabukları tamamen soyulur. Tepsiye dizilen patlıcanların ortasından bıçakla çizik atılıp içleri kıymalı harçla doldurulur. Üstlerine domates dilimleri ve sarımsak taneleri konur. Bir su bardağı ılık salçalı su ve 2 yemek kaşığı sıvıyağ karıştırılıp tepsiye dökülür.  Patlıcanlar 15-20 dk. kadar fırında tekrar pişirilir. Havuçlar kerevizlerin içine yerleştirildikten sonra kerevizler dilim dilim kesilir. Dilimlenen kerevizler tencereye yerleştirilir. Üzerine tuz, şeker, su, zeytinyağı ve portakal suyu eklenip kısık ateşte kerevizler yumuşayıncaya kadar pişirilir. Pişirken suyu azalırsa su eklenebilir. Havuç, kabak ve kırmızı biberler jülyen usulü kesilir. Havuçla kabak yağda hafif kavrulur. Kabak ve havuçlar soğuduktan sonra tüm malzeme karıştırılıp mısır eklenir. Yapılışı:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sırasıyla rendelenmiş sarımsak, doğranmış beyaz lahana, kabak ve havuçlar sıvı yağda sotelenir. Yumuşamalarına yakın soya sosu eklenir ve sosu çekinceye kadar kavrulur. Yufkalar üçgen şeklinde sekiz parçaya bölünür; içlerine sebzeli harçtan koyup sigara böreğinden daha kalın biçimde sarılır. İyice çırpılmış yumurtaya ardından galeta ununa batıralan börekler yağlanmış tepsiye dizilir ve kızarıncaya kadar pişirilir. Bu sefer una bulayarak kızarttığımız istavrit balığıyla karides salatası yaptık.
