He could also make financial promises to developing nations and make those commitments dependent on greenhouse gas reductions.”&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If Krug is right, then we’re in for a long, hard battle on this issue.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And, non-conspiratorially, he does make sense.
