It's still going on. The outpouring continued yesterday in our church service that ran officially until 2pm. The Word of the Lord came to us in a prophetic utterance to "Chronicle it." This is an attempt to quickly obey the Lord. I am asking for any others who have experienced this move with us to share their testimony as a "comment" to this post. Make the word "Testimony" your subject. I will do my best to update this blog with all testimonies that come in. His presence is here as I write. What we are seeing is a profound wave of the manifest presence of God. People are laughing, crying, falling out in the power (many times all by themselves). There is a such a wonderful healing sense of the love of God flowing among the family. I will not attempt to label or characterize this move of God as I believe His infinite purposes are at work, here. My responsibility is to collect stories, chronicle the praise reports and give Glory to the One who has visited His people in such a miraculous way. Timeline This all began at 9:00 PM on Friday, May 2. Honestly, it truly began a long time ago as Holy Spirit would lead us to pray for this move of God in our prayer services at the Lighthouse. We knew we wanted God to move, but we had no idea just what God had in mind. Truly mind blowing. Not only do these glorious periods of laughter and "drunkeness" in the Holy Spirit come during the services, but they also come afterwards in our rooms, cars, even during normal daily activities. To be honest, all one has to do is mention or think on Him and He just shows up. A few moments ago I spoke with a friend on the phone and as we spoke of these events, laughter broke out all over again. Friend, this is real. I, myself, spent nearly 3 hours intoxicated in Holy laughter. My husband and I went back to our room where we continued to laugh in the presence of the Lord. Jonathan reports that I laughed out in my sleep throughout the night... and even into the morning. I woke up laughing before the alarm clock ever went off. The Holy Ghost hangover continued into the morning. But my story is just one. There are so many others. To illustrate what God is doing, I've asked a friend and co-worker to relate a testimony he witnessed. Brandon Hutzell: "Friday evening after an intense healing service, I gathered many testimonies from ladies who were touched by the Hand of God. One lady named "Suzy" shared of her history in an abusive relationship that actually left her with a fractured jaw and scars on her face. In 1990 she injured her back and for the last 18 years could not stand up straight or do any physical activity. God healed her back and I witnessed her do a cartwheel. She said her kids always wondered why she couldn't play with them, and she couldn't wait to go home and do cartwheels with her kids. She also shared that after God touched her, her jaw was healed and she could open and move her jaw pain-free. There was another lady there who confirmed that the scars on "Suzy's" face had been removed by the miraculous touch of God. The three of us wept and praised God together in an intensely holy moment like I never felt before. "The next morning,"Suzy" was in an aisle seat during Jacqueline Smith's service. Jackie was boldly preaching her message on Ehud and was charismatically walking the aisles when she suddenly stopped in front of "Suzy." Jackie did not know "Suzy's" story but God did! A holy hush came across the entire sanctuary and all attention was on her. God knew what "Suzy" needed and Jackie was yielded to Him. Jackie said that she knew "Suzy" was fragile and God wanted to touch her. Out of nowhere, in a beautifully gentle way, Jackie began to rub "Suzy's" face as if to say, "You are beautiful and you are loved." At Woman of Valor 2008, God removed "Suzy's" scars, and a face that had experienced violence and where she once felt pain, a gentle caress from God touched her in a tangible way. I can say from the depth of my heart that God became more real to me in that moment that ever before in my life. In the natural, we saw a move of God that seemed to us like pandamonium, but God was touching each person in the sanctuary in a specific way with his healing power. All glory goes to God! I must end by humbly praying 'More God, more!'" Louise Ginn: "I just felt like I've been in a spiritual desert. Then we lost my Mother this year. Through Dr. Rebecca Polis, Ps. Meg Vis, and Robbin Arnold, the Lord spoke to me and just gave me back my joy, my sense of purpose of being a mighty woman of God. Dr. Rebecca said, "You are a mighty woman of God!" Sybil Barron: When I was laying on the floor, God healed my back. As I was laying there, my back was in such pain and God said, 'Stretch out your legs!' and the pain immediately left. I remained out in the spirit on the floor and my back is completely healed." "Also, because of health problems, I felt I was going to die. The devil kept telling me I was going to die. I made my will out and even made arrangements for my own funeral and everything. But I had a scripture I was holding on to. Psalm 118:17. 'I will not die but live, and will proclaim what the LORD has done.' Someone prophesied those same scriptures to me yesterday. They said that I was going to be a mighty woman of God. I had roots that go back and I was going to be a great woman of God to lead my family to God." Inga Gudnadottir (Iceland): "When I walked in the Holy Ghost was there. And he started moving in my life as others right from the beginning. He was healing heartaches, cancer, all kinds of diseases! I felt that He loved me, that I was worth something. Because of a car accident years ago, I have had to take medication for pain, but for the last two days I have not had to have it!" Shirlene Leverett: "God touched my heart. I was healed last year at Women of Valor of Arythmia and have not had any trouble with it since! This year, a great anointing of the Word of God has come into my life.
