They are looking for boys and girls of Italian descent who don’t mind being called Guidos and Guidettes, and think spending summertime on the Jersey Shore is actually cool. The copy on the casting notice is a hilarious example of Hollywood trying really hard to be hip, so check it out if for nothing more than the laugh it provides. The CW Network is currently casting The VINEYARD, a Hills-style docu-soap about summer life on Martha’s Vineyard. 25/7 Productions and Doron Ofir Casting are looking for groups of friends consisting of, “Year-round locals of the vineyard and returning summer revelers between the ages of 19 and 28.” You must be prepared to spend the summer on the island.
