The person who follows the spiritual path, does not limit herself to the easy moments since she is like a person climbing a mountain, who keeps her focus in the work and her attention in the goal. Having good, justice and truth as source of support. The difficult times pass as well as the easy ones. And this must never affect hope, faith and love, which are not only commitments but decisions of life. These decisions do not change like the weather. They are deep and must be truly felt. The spiritual life is not a path of flowers. It is to edify that path with devotion, which never decreases in the spirit who is sincere, because the reason is not to search for a crown, but to be of service to Divine Love.

I would like to invite you on a journey of spiritual healing and self-discovery .
Sometime ago, a very dear person asked : What is the Distant Spiritual Healing about ? And I answered: When you know that God exists, you also know that distance does not exist. And when you know this, your own breath gets the nourishment, to be (to live) in Divine Breath. This is the Source of Creation. There is nothing that happens in man or in the universe, where God is not present. And if you call Him, He will listen to you. I only remind you that He exists and that in front of His Presence, we are as light, with neither shadows nor anything to hide.
Distant Spiritual Healing is the same. To discover the eternal presence of the Beloved in the one who loves God and His Creation. This is the foundation, this is the reason, the grace of Love which is capable of reviving what is most inert and dead, because His natural Grace is abundant in life and this Grace is Peace, Prosperity and Health. Everything may be against me but God will never abandon me

Everything may be against me. Death may watch me. I may have lost my world and the sky may not have even a star left. But i know that True Love will never abandon me. And if i get hungry and thirsty, Love will sustain me. Not only with the bread of the world but with Life, Eternal Life, which is Mercy.
Since even though i am nothing, Hope is the true strength, which will never fail because is a living word. And i not only put my trust in Him but to Him, i surrender:
The God of Love, Justice and Truth.

Fantasy and Reality

There is great importance in reflection. There is great value in analysis, in the inner look, in order to have the opportunity of renovation.
This is the story or legend of a man, who, one day, as he was passing by a mirror, discovered that there was no image reflected. And he thought that this was a joke or a trick.

He insisted, in other mirrors, but his image was not reflected in either of them. And he thought: " I have died, and of course, I can't see myself, I don't have an image. And now, no one can see me, but I can see everyone, I can feel everyone." And at this point, he felt a strange mixture of loss and madness, and this experience was so intense, that he started trembling to the point that he simply woke up of the dream, since he was sleeping.

And in front of the mirror, of that mirror, he observed his image incessantly, and he felt: Bondage, madness and freedom. The first experience was not to be able to see him in the dream. He was held to his image. Followed by the madness of losing control and the second madness of having to maintain control. And then, the first image, of losing the identity, and then of being tied to the identity of the same image.

We are then, a constant paradox, between to see ourselves and not to see ourselves. Between being known and being unknown by others. If we truly love life, the problem is not what we thought we were, but simply to look beyond the mirror, beyond the image, beyond reason, madness, power, and control.

Man must learn To Be, simply, To Be.

Light in the Darkness

There is a maiden in the world who is as beautiful as a star and capable of attracting either a lot of good or bad. She may be light in the darkness and also darkness extinguishing the light. She will unavoidably come into your life, and you must pay attention, take care of her, you must be genuine, sincere, spontaneous and pure above all.

Then, she will give you the universe but if you see her with doubts and distrust, she will punish you and yours with fire of hell and she will not let you even die in peace.

She is the light of the largest star as well as total darkness of the night.She is the Imagination.

The Star in the Sky

I can say that once I saw a star in the sky, which was shining and wonderful. That star seemed like your eyes that have its own light. From that day, there is nothing in me who is not but your memory that fills everything and beats more loudly than the own heart.
It is the whole source of every new inspiration because it has taken everything.

The look has expanded, filling every space, the totality of the distances, reasons, thoughts, motivations. It has filled everything. Those eyes are the inspiration, always giving and especially always filling everything.

And if the art does not have this flavor, if it does not ride on the clouds if it does not submerge in the depth of the desires, then, how can the Art for the Heart give ?

It is captive, surrenders and the only thing that it can do is:
"To Give in order to Be." and " To Be in order to Give."

The Flower's Contest

All the flowers were colorful and beautiful at the Flower's Contest but suddenly and to the surprise of all the beings of the forest who were gathered there, a flower presented herself, but she was so very old, that we even could say, that she was an oldie; she had no color, and a few dry, withered petals. And almost without voice said:

"I came to claim my prize, I certainly am the most beautiful, nobody can compare to me."

"Ha, Ha, Ha, they all laughed and said: "You are so old, so old that you became mad." But she said: " I may be very old, but I will never stop been the most beautiful ever." And the colorful, beautiful flowers said: " Then, let's take this to the judges.

"They called the most important judge and it happened that he was Love; he called the withered flower, who went to him, just in the center of the auditorium which was the large forest. And Love said to the withered flower: " My beloved flower, it has been a long time since I last saw you, you don't know how much I missed you, thinking about you day and night, and for that reason I celebrated all the flowers that lived after you. But, you will always be the only one and the most important for me; all the others were like your shadow, like a memory, a mirage, but you are the true flower." And the withered flower asked to say a few words and addressing all, said: " You may celebrate all the prizes but for me, the main prize is what Love has given me; since time does not pass because of him, time is the present; and although I may look withered, I carry always in me the freshness that Love gave me when we met."

After saying these words that were like magical, she became light and resplendent like one thousand stars and even the rainbow was envious of her light. All the other flowers recognized in that moment that the most beautiful flower was the flower that Love loved.

Tolerance. Inspirational. For Reflection

Some persons think that happiness is found in tolerance. And this is important, but is only the first part.

Since, is like saying : I have two eyes on my face, one to see the good, and the other the bad. I have two hands, with one I try to do good, and with the other to do bad. I have two feet, one of them takes me to the right path and the other to the wrong path. But I only have one heart and I can't divide or separate it, and in truth I don't know which way to go.

Tolerance, by itself, is blind and deaf, like a night without stars or a withered flower condemned to die.

True tolerance is effective when is joined to Love, then, it does not tolerate out of tolerance, but out of Love. And Love is never passive but active and always in search of good.

Then, tolerance and Love form an alliance, maintain a methodology and always bring Peace.

Tolerance alone is a plastic and cold smile but with Love is fraternity, friendship, comradeship, justice, peace and victory.

There are simple and profound things, that we see, that we know, that we contemplate every day, but many times, we don’t pay attention to their importance in life.There is a cause, a motive, a reason, for everything, that makes the heart feel restless, and calls our attention when we truly want to know about the reality in distant worlds or dimensions, where the stars are created, or about here on earth, where the trees grow, where life moves, where man exists, where life acquires for us, the most complete dimension.

What could motivate the infinite, to follow his path, as if embracing new spaces? To discover and to know, even for an instant, the answer to so many things.!

We certainly, are not born by chance, but from the profound mystery, that has made us, into a melting pot of races and which are conceived as only one specie, as only one humanity, which sleeps in the arms of a giant, who embraces her. And he is the time, who is craftsman of existence itself, who motivates man to feel love, to desire, to want, to be a mixture of forces and powers, which can’t contain and which need to face each day with renewed illusion and vehement devotion.

The one who is alive, knows it, because he loves life, because not even for an instant can separate reality from his dreams, since his soul is potency with the thirst of learning, of discovering more, and also of flowing, navigating the seas of life with a feeling of belonging to this wonderful life.I feel the warmth in my skin, and experience, the path, the walking, the taste, the aroma. Life motivates me to live, to understand, to be, but not only about what I can become, but also about everything: a universe to live, a life to realize.

Life is constant motivation, a journey in the infinite, where I would like to embrace the whole earth, even the skies, I want to reach.

My breath, motivates me as fire extending through my veins, because I awake to the communion with everything in existence. Because life is a dream and a happy awakening, and also is the meeting with the people I love, and is to feel them as my own skin.

Life is beautiful and even if death, would come, life would never be gloomy because she lets me know the meaning of been and awakening.

There is no real separation between matter and spirit, is an integral good, a continuity, a flowing, while eternally the same being. Because, the soul, the body and the spirit, are not and will not be many universes that separate them, they are as hands and fingers, apparently they are different but united among them and inseparable as the lips and a kiss.

The spirit is the breath, the body is the movement and the reason is where all share, where what seems different, becomes one. Life is a constant vibration that shares without measure in the consciousness of a divine love.I don’t run away from anything, I assume everything, I surrender to everything.

Does the sky resent the blue of the sea? On the contrary, he is as the sun reflecting its golden color in the sunflower. Because spirit and matter are not two separate forces and the soul is the dwelling forever.

How to separate love from the beloved and how to separate, from the dreams, its fantasy and candor?Life motivates for its mystery and for its charm and man, by touching the earth, certainly is a mystery, and he is in the center of creation because his own mystery is his breath made flesh, his presence made form and his substance.

Creation motivates me to life itself, which I love and will love forever.

Meditation can change many things, it can transform our lives and it certainly can make better persons out of us. All this is due to the fact that we can realize the Truth and this is a gradual, but very serious and consistent process. Soon, we will be discovering if we really are sincere with ourselves, if indeed we want to change, to have peace and above all, to be a source of love and inspiration.

Meditation, then, it's directly related to self-criticism, which is a constructive process to understand ourselves and also to understand others. It is possible that in occasions we enter in contradiction, but the important thing will be of course, to find our weakest points, going beyond the superficial analysis and besides, to be able to communicate, since man often lives too much in the fantasy and he needs to have a real and practical spirituality.

Although to meditate is not properly to analyze, meditation will take us to a clearer conscience, in harmony and peace.

Let's look for in meditation not a reason for isolation but as a source of universal love.

The Mystical Experience

This Art is a profound instrument of meditation and abstraction, that takes us to a mystical experience, clearly defined, in which we learn to see that other spaces and times exist inside us. When we change the reference of the superior reality, then, we realize that this reality is based on an universal rather than on an individual vision and perception. The "I" is not contained in the space of the present but in the universe. Man and the universe are energies flowing and only this stage of knowledge allows to understand that the universe is a whole of vital energetic emanations. We all are included in the Call of the Spirit, which is a sustainable good. The human destiny is a common destiny altogether, since the Earth is like a great ship traveling by the space, as one man, searching for his destiny. We all are one , and one we are all . We are individual beings and this is an absolute truth but also and in the same way, we are beings with an identity that is to be common but not like an atheistic communism, but like a shared in common heart, that beats by the harmony of a healthy and useful body. We are like a hand. The fingers are different but as a whole, they conform an equilibrium. Just like the musical notes. Like the raindrops. We form a whole and this whole is "one." But there is something important in this unit, that can't occur only by thought or reason but by something more important.And not by enthusiastic, obsessive fanaticism, mistakenly called religious. But rather by Love which arises from the true God, who knows how to give from Himself, and who shares with us the mystery of life. Making us to participate in the existence. And in the science of Love, through the common cause of good. Life, is not an accident nor a fortuitous chance. There is a profound and responsible reason, that has as its purpose, the freedom to be and to live in eternity But nothing of this, would make any sense without Love, in order to live and to be. God is the source, the grace, inspiration, the power, the knowledge, the art of creation and is life itself. The spiritual experience happens when we discover all this in our own life, but not only to keep it as a treasure. Since to do this, would be like finding a seed and doing nothing . Nevertheless, we must be like a luxuriant tree, that welcomes everyone who needs from it. And at the same time, in its expansion, is humble and glorifies its Creator, since man is a creature of divine similarity, because God has put breath of life in him; and man is not God but he is the one who faithfully loves God. And to know this, is more than wisdom. It is illumination. The stars are in the sky, not only to illuminate the darkness, to guide the navigators in the sea or to dream about them. They are in the sky, to glorify the infinite light, which is the Love of the eternal Creator. A wise person is the one who is free from vanity and pride. But wisest is the one who shares his spirit of devotion, his surrender and abnegation in the path towards true Love, always giving the best of himself. But man can't do this alone. He needs the right inspiration, the integral force of the true God. This is the reason why spirituality is an eternal divine romance between the Creator and His creature. Between the creature and the Creator. From this same source, from this same principle and because of this same reason, art is inspiration of the Creator. And His creature should naturally bring forth the foundation of Love.

The meditation in the Mystic Healing Art develops and amplifies our experience with the Cosmos in such a way that permits a consciousness without the frontiers of thought, time and space. It begins with the awakening of the consciousness of the inner space.

Truth may be Invisible

Truth may be invisible to the human eye since it is not seen with a regular glance but for the spiritual eye; the great differences are not differences but the play of equilibrium, the perfect balance, the sacred dance of life.
I can see a mountain in a grain of sand. I can also see rivers and seas in a drop of water. And the vastness of the universe in the blue sky, with so many stars that I can't even count them. It all may seem different to what in reality and in truth is.
The perspectives are changed in the distances. What is big may look small and the small may seem big. But what is certain is that a child at birth is not immense but the whole history of humanity is supported in him. All the times are fused in one in him.
The child is the old man and the old man is the child. And all the eyes -even the ones that have not seen the light been born- are in his eyes.
Who is small, who is big ? Since it truly is not the size or the distance. It is the work which make us the same. Good or evil.

Self Control. Inspirational

We usually try to define a subject and usually end up by been redundant and without a clear and definite explanation. By example, when we say, the word, "relaxing," are we tranquil and calmed, maybe? In the same way, the term "self control" has been defined, as control of ourselves, but this explanation deserves to be improved and explained. Self control is not a method of action or individual sensation, beyond other psychological, spiritual elements, but rather, the result of many processes and sub processes at the same time. Self control comes from processes as intimate and personal as self love, directing us immediately, to take responsibility for the action . And not because, we may feel that we should take action in a certain way, but it means to take action in a disciplined way towards ourselves.Self control evolves together with other processes, becoming more complete, as discipline and order in life. Then, this self love also is a conscious commitment of been alert and to watch for possible mistakes or confusions. This will take us to the method of self control, which needs of study and reflection, discipline and practice, which will crown, this logical, practical and realistic goal. But, there is another self control, deeper and more complete and perfect: The Mystic Self Control, derivation of an important spiritual experience, not only of visions, and perceptions of worlds, planes, or superior concepts, but from an experience of grace, that increases and is explained like this: When, spiritually, we receive Love, this mystic experience, liberates man from selfishness and transforms the personal love into universal Love. Then, man acquires equilibrium, and temperance which are integral and are not found in motives of conflict or frustration, and that heart is in equilibrium, and can't be confused because of his peace and serenity, reaching, then, the mystic contemplation in the flowing of his spirit, which is constant emanation of grace, serenity and calm.This self control is spontaneous and free, without conflict and contradiction. Now, going back to the beginning: By observing our actions and consciously guiding them, in an initial form of control, which will keep on developing, because this comes from spiritual strength, which looks for peace and plenitude of grace, and this is the reason, and the path to control: Self look and self analysis and to choose the appropriate method for not breaking the balance, between our will and the universe.And this self control is an intrinsic and explicit answer to the behavior and equilibrium that exist in man and the universe. The spiritual self control is more than reasoning since comes before motivation of faith in superior virtues. At the beginning, good is imitated or copied, then, with study and reflection, self control becomes the method of life, which will be applied to our whole being. Self control is not a sentence, sword, or thorns in the heart, but rather is the order in a song, as rhythm, melody, perfect measure of the notes and silence to reach the desired goals.

The Difference between Want and Love

-How confusing is the thought, how conflictive is the reason.-

In this kingdom, there was a king, who used to say: " I am a great king because I love all the habitants of my town and I love them very much." He used to say and say but when I saw the townspeople, I noticed that they had sad faces, hunched shoulders, sad look in their eyes and broken hearts.

And I asked: " What's happening?"And they answered: " We better don't say since our lives will be in danger." And I kept asking others, but received the same answer until one of them gave me his explanation and he said: " This is a cursed and wretch kingdom where we all feel abandoned. The one called king is crazy and says with great excitement that he loves us very much. And because of that affection, we all feel abandoned. For that king, we are his toys and he thinks that we like of his play. We don't have freedom or any way of expression; he asks us, to laugh, and we laugh; then he asks us to cry and we cry. In his sickening affection, he makes us live, feel, what we don't want to and he says: "I want this for you" and even though, we don't want it, just because he wants to, we have to. Our life, has turned into his whim, because he says: " I want you to come" and we have to go. " I want you to go" and we have to leave" We neither eat nor dress, nor have a natural life. That king who says that he loves us, kill us with his affection"

Then, I left the town with the clear understanding, for the first time, of the great difference between want and love.

Meditation

I was meditating in front of the sea, its color is simply wonderful and it perfectly conjugates the green emerald with an exquisite blue. And being as it is, sea, also has sky sparkles with rhythmic waves and swirls of ocean foam that always seem to speak of peace and tranquility. I could calm myself in front of the sea. It is pure Nature, a generous mother, a source of conciliation and of renewed virtues. Now, when I close the eyes, I also discover the sea within me and I have found that we will never be able to separate.
Meditation unites in such a way that it makes us to discover our natural foundation of life.

Vitality and Permanent Youth

The Spiritual awakening offers more than intellectual wisdom and serenity. I am referring to a very important and significant aspect, which is known as immortality. This immortality is better understood as "Vitality and Permanent Youth."
How is this possible? The spiritual energy covers all the areas of existence. That is why, the effect of its benefit is given in the function and reason of the universal force of life. This force is found in the whole universe. For this reason, as far as youth means, this is a renovating energy, not only positive but also superior.
In other words, the one who meditates following the spiritual path, maintains a serene mind, free of violence, negativity and free from all evil. When this happens, all nature flows with the best quality of energy.
The vitality, then, is a natural consequence of a condition of universal harmony. This happens from the moment that the energy of the human being develops in a circular form and is called the energy wheel or chakra. The persons who have a spiritual manner, develop the attitude of synchronizing, uniting and integrating. In this form, the whole universe integrates with man. And man integrates with the whole universe.
The permanent youth comes from the lasting joy of loving the universe in an unconditional way, because life is one.

Learning to Fly. Spiritual Flight. Short Inspirational Story

Many, many years ago, before Civilization was known as such, a man looked at the sky and to the birds flying and singing, flapping their wings, going up and coming down. And the man started to flap his arms as if they were wings. The day and afternoon passed and the night came. His arms were tired, to the point that he could not lift them up.
The next day, he started to flap his arms again and he did this for several days until his arms became rigid and he started experiencing a lot of pain and also to feel sadness, desolation and frustration, thinking: ” How is possible for others to play in the height of that wonderful sky while I am like encrusted to the earth?”
He then -experiencing a lot of pain- went to get consolation in the wise advice of the oldest man of the region.When he reached him, he saw that the old man was smiling while contemplating the flying of the birds.And he told the old man about his sadness: ” I want to be able to fly but my arms do not know how. I am under a lot of pain because I tried for days and nights but it did not happen. It was even worse because I could not even get up not even a little bit. My arms seem like old branches pointing to the ground. But my dream was set on the sky. What can I do?”
And the wise man said: ” Come and sit by my side, let’s see how those birds play and have fun in that blue sky. Give your arms some rest that only time will heal. Look, I will teach you how to fly like any of those birds. Center your look but above everything, open your heart, then, you will start feeling that there is no distance between you, those birds flying and that wonderful sky, because in truth the one who flies has to learn to Love. Then, with the happiness of the bird, raise your look to the sky and thus, you are already flying, you will not be touching the ground because you are already in the sky. And you learn to fly in this way”

And he says: Because You loved me, i love you.
Because, You taught me, i understood. Because You guided me, i saw the light.
Because, You covered me with Your peace and serenity, I can calm my conscience, transcend my limits and learn that You and Your love are eternally true.
In You, the perfect Wisdom, the eternal Love and the unlimited existence live.
You showed me this perfect nature which liberates me from death and pain since You, and only You are, true Faith and perfect Love.

The one who fish for himself, will eat in loneliness. The one who fish in order to share, will see his family grow.

How poor is the one who has in abundance and does not know how to share but the one who is poor and knowshow to share is in truth, the richest.

The water that you give to others to drink, will satiate yourself, but the water that you do not share, will never satiate yourself.~~~
When we are able to serve,then, we are able to live also. Many human beings exist but very few live.

There are some who think that they don't have anything to Give. But every intention, every thoughtthat generates a noble action,is truly a treasure of great value.Since the true wealth is the inner one.

The man who serves, carries more grace than the one who receives since in order to give,the heart must be full and this plenitude is the true grace.

To offer, to surrender, to serve are true ties where we forge the spiritual circulationamong the heart of man and the presence of Love. The inner life rejoices in humility and compassion since the spirit of life is in us.

Be the Best You can Be. Inspirational

The human being, often is, a complex psychological mechanism. This, may seem absurd but in reality means, not wanting to assume real responsibilities. And mainly, looking for constant self justification and running away from himself, for the only reason of maintaining tranquility and control. But this is a self deceit attitude. It is sad, that people keep hiding behind many masks, avoiding to have self knowledge while making constant rituals, out of life. They hide their own feelings, which they cut off, before they bloom. These are depressed people with a mask of spirituality or honesty and with supposed great sense of solidarity. And who can be found in every place and condition, forming part of a team but they hide behind the other persons, since they don't want to be themselves. These persons are condemning themselves to failure in all they do, in every type of relationship, they will never get to be happy and if they are, is from a posture of self defense and negation to life itself. Many aspects of human evolution, follow this process. The spirituality is a conscious practice, where it is truly lived, and is not a path followed in a blind way, confusing this attitude with faith, which has another meaning. Faith, is a true commitment to spiritual communion, where the process of analysis and thought are related to accomplish excellence in every sense. Life, is to be lived with intensity. This means, to love the process of getting to know and to discover the best that we can be. Divine Love, does not want us to be blind, ignorant, fanatics or simple mechanisms, but rather to realize the best talents of living. There is a great difference between living in constant fear, pretending everything is fine, while being self deceived, or rather, living a life full of spiritual plenitude. Let's start by asking ourselves : What do I understand ? What is the objective of the spiritual life ? How to discover its meaning ? Why is Love, good ? In this way, and by taking life in this true and responsible form, we will be a true and real being. Let's not pretend what we are not. Let's be the best that we can be, for the good of all.

Life, as we all know is wonderful, so much that we often forget this reality, until suddenly life teaches us that the wonder can be lost, corrupted, destroyed, become exhausted and stop being wonderful and fantastic. Then, perhaps it will be too late and without a possible comeback. And in that minute of loss, heaven and earth open at the same time. And we will ask ourselves, how is it possible that we have not taken good care and protected something so important ? Before going to extremes, let's take action, to improve, to discover, to appreciate our environment and our own humanity. The environment -we included- is actually everything, that not only surrounds us but also sustains and also preserves, contains and maintains us. We have got used, mistakenly, to have a certain sense of responsibility to what we have in front of us but the true man looks also and increasingly until he sees no frontiers.
Until he knows , discovers and is able to reveal, that life is all and that all is one. And in that one, is where life integrates universally , and also unites , loves , looks after, improves and manifests . All this is by virtue of a communion without exclusion . With no other science but the preference of living , of being , feeling and knowing a simple and natural truth. The existence is like a ring , a perfect and wonderful circle where the all and the nothing work always, as the reason and the proper condition of a perfect equilibrium called Life, which implies and applies that, what is done here, is also done in the universe.
When we tie, we chain ourselves, when we untie, we liberate. The frontiers only exist as intermediate steps of the stair of Life, which travels in itself, just as the infinite does in time. And time is its mother. And its Father is the eternity.
