Hot on the heels of news that Janet Jackson will be hosting a charity benefit during Milan Fashion Week, Gucci and Mary J Blige have confirmed that they too will be collaborating - during New York Fashion Week. The two have teamed up to host a party to celebrate the release of a special edition of Gucci's iconic Twirl watch - Mary's own choice of timepiece. The special edition Gucci for FFAWN Twirl will go on sale in September and raise funds for FFAWN, Mary J Blige's Foundation for the Advancement of Women Now. On September 16th a percentage of the profits from sales of the watch in Gucci's flagship store in New York and in department stores across America and Canada will go directly to Mary J Blige's favorite cause. The party is now expected to be one of the hottest tickets of New York Fashion Week which kicks off on September 10th. Fabulous!!

The high street giant Topshop has just announced that they will be launching a cosmetics line in 2010. And while they are remaining tight-lipped about any other details at the moment, so far we're guessing they could be tapping an international make-up artist to work with on the project. The make-up range will now secure Topshop's status as the one-stop shop on the high street for the latest trends in both fashion and beauty. Fabulous!!

London lingerie label Agent Provocateur will launch a couture collection, Agent Provocateur Soiree, this autumn…hitting stores in mid-November….Just in time for the Holidays. The collection…which is described by AP as 'kinky couture' will be the most exquisite and expensive lingerie in the world. Made in true couture tradition, it will be a collection of the best made, highest quality, chicest lingerie yet. The new collection will only be available in select stores around the globe, including London's Harrods, where it launches exclusively on November 1st. However, the line will make its debut to the fashion industry on September 9th with a private press show at New York Fashion Week. Fabulous!!

Urban Outfitter's is launching a global campaign to make sure unwanted Polaroid stock doesn't go unloved, and maybe even persuade Polaroid to produce instant film cameras again. This year Polaroid announced it was going to stop producing instant film, spelling the end for the classic Polaroid camera. Now Urban Outfitters worldwide is teaming up with The Impossible Project who recently purchased all of the dead stock, plus all the machinery and equipment at Polaroid's Netherlands factory before it closed. Together the two hope to bring back the Polaroid camera in 2010 and are launching their campaign globally today. Today, August 21st selected New York, London and L.A Urban Outfitters' stores will launch limited edition Polaroid camera kits containing one pack of specially preserved 779 film and one 600 classic Polaroid camera. The stores will also be selling recovered Polaroid film, so that anyone with a camera can start using it again. Fabulous!!

Last year a unique collection of perfumes, which saw the likes of Preen and Gareth Pugh creating their own scents for charity, was sold in aid of Designers Against AIDS and the International AIDS Awareness Education Center. This year a new group of designers has been announced who will too create their own scents with a fragrance expert from Givaudan - the perfume school of the experts. Phillip Lim, Henry Holland, Richard Nicoll, Damir Doma, Henrik Vibskov, and Toga will all create fragrances that will go on sale in September. Fabulous!!

Lifetime has officially announced the list of contestants returning to compete in Project Runway: All-Star Challenge, a two-hour special, set to air before the season 6 premiere of Project Runway on Aug. 20. The minimal make-up look is the holy grail of beauty but unless you have perfect skin it is almost always trickier than any heavy, full blown party look.
