The holidays of Shemini Atzeret/ Simchat Torah will take place next week- Tuesday and Wednesday, October 21 and 22. Simchat Torah (which literally means "rejoicing in the Torah") marks the completion of the cycle of Torah readings. This is a time of great joy in the synagogue. Children will especially enjoy all the singing and dancing at Ohav, and are encouraged to actively participate!
