Happy 4th of July to everyone.
As most of you are aware our property is for sale along with the two businesses to the south of us. With all the rumors going around I thought it would be good to give you periodic updates on the status of this sale. The property was in escrow but recently fell out and is again soon to be listed. With the current conditions in the city it would take 2-3 years minimum for the buyer to obtain the proper permits even if the sale were to take place immediately. As of this writing nothing has happened.
You can rest assured that Good Stuff here in Hermosa will continue to serve our community delicious food with outstanding service as it has for over 28 years!

Here is Chloe, a regular in Good Stuff El Segundo since we opened in 2005. Chloe is 7 years old & attends a local elementary school in El Segundo. She also plays soccer in town and looks like a budding star in the making!
Chloe has a couple of favorites in El Segundo. One is the Chicken Fingers & fries and the other is Aubrey, her favorite server. Most of the time she comes to Good Stuff with her Uncle Mike and Nanny and usually for a late lunch. So next time you're in Good Stuff El Segundo around 2-3pm look for the little girl with the contagious smile and big bright eyes and tell her you recognize her as a Kid Kustomer of the month!

Meet Mauri from Hermosa! Mauri has worked for us now for just over 2 years & could very well be the busiest high schooler employed by Good Stuff. This girl has a lot going on. Not only does she work as a server down on the Strand but also has numerous responsibilities at South High. She is a senior with her sights set on attending UCLA to pursue a career in Psychiatry. She also enjoys journalism and is currently the editor in chief of the school newspaper the "Sword & Shield". Mauri is also one of the athletic trainers for the Football team and all of the other sports at the school. In her spare time she teaches at her temple where she works with kids ages 3-12. Wow!
