It is from a graphic novel in progress by <a href="http://www.roadkillbill.com/!Bicyclopolis.html">Ken Avidor</a>.<br /><br />This bike shop mechanic in Bicyclopolis even has a <a href="http://www.roadkillbill.com/!Bikeshop.html">cat</a>.
