The Deployment order for Major Stefan Cook has been revoked without explanation, in response to his lawsuit challenging the order based upon Obama's illegitimate occupation of the presidency.

This constitutes a concession from the military that Obama cannot establish his constitutional qualifications to be commander in chief.

Certainly this news will be of interest to Vladimir Putin, and any other leaders who will consider a challege to the United States.

This becomes a near certainty since the military recognizes that Obama lacks the authority to deploy troops.

The precedent has been established for any military personnel to successfully challenge an order to deploy in a civilian court.

Army Major Stefan Frederick Cook is refusing deployment to Afghanistan, seeking a restraining order and status as a conscientious objector, on the grounds that Obama is not qualified as commander in chief due to his inability to establish natural born American citizenship.

Major Cook, defended by attorney Orly Taitz contends that he would be violating international law by faithfully fulfilling the orders of a person whose command position is not legally obtained.

This article contends with no details or proof that Obama is shown to have been born in Hawaii. As any reasonably aware person knows, there is disparity among Obama's relatives claims, the hospital records, the passports, and a lack of actual certificate of live birth, and Obama is spending millions of dollars in legal fees in order to avoid having to produce the birth certificate.

Now a large coalition of Blue Dog Democrats has sent a letter to Obamanator requesting a slowdown on the health care legislation. They're resisting a vote on a new program which is not already paid for.

Recall that during the Debates with McCain, Obama promised to pay every dime of the health care costs in his program. He unfortunately has been borrowing to pay for his jaunts to New York, his Whitehouse cocktail parties, and his junkets abroad. So we know that this promise has as much meaning as his pledge to let us read every bill before passing them. He's not even letting CONGRESS read those bills.

One reason that many church pastors are afraid to address morality as it impinges upon participation in the democratic process is that they fear losing tax exempt status.

The Christian Coalition lost tax exempt status because they distributed a voter guide at election time which (without comment) stated the positions of politicians and candidates on issues of interest to Christian voters.

In addition, the Post Office delivered the voter guide at its own discretion. Mine tended to come well after the election is over, after an apparent sojourn in the back rooms. There is now distribution online. It seems that the Christian coalition abandoned reliance on the post office for more than one reason.

The latest example of the IRS regulating free speech comes as a restriction for the Coalition for Life of Iowa. In order to have tax exempt status, they must cease speaking out against Planned Parenthood.

Perhaps the IRS has come up against the wrong organization this time, and their egregious violations of the first amendment since the time of the Johnson administration might be brought to light in a lawsuit. Thomas More Society has announced its legal support of the Coalition for Life.

It is not the place of the IRS to limit the speech of NON PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.

It is notable that Planned Parenthood has spent money on active lobbying and campaign contributions, yet retains its not profit status.

Since the Palins were not rich, and since they could not accept outside income, as liberal politicians can, they simply could not afford to field lawyers to answer the frivolous lawsuits.

Knowing this, the leftists used this method to force Palin to resign. There will need to be legal changes to allow those who are not extremely rich to occupy public office. The conservatives should make this issue a political priority. Filing copious lawsuits against the lowest income liberal governors and representatives would aid in getting democrat cooperation to limit the profitability of lawsuits against public officials.

After a short time as a private citizen, Palin will have a sufficient $ war chest $ to hold public office in the future.

As a private citizen, Palin will wield more influence, amass more wealth, have ability to sue those who publish libel, and this is causing the liberal hysteria to reach fever pitch.

A couple of weeks after Obama won the election, I affixed a Palin 2012 bumper sticker to my car and it will stay there. She's the "MOST NORMAL" person put forth on the national political scene in decades.

Sarah Palin had previously decided not to seek re-election in Alaska, and today has decided also not to finish out her present term. Lieutenant Governor Sean Parnell will assume the office on July 26th.

Sarah has made no official statements on her future political career. Normal people hope that she retains her natural leadership role.

So Johnson and Johnson, Novartis et. al. choke up some cash.

Face it, acetaminophen, which can be hepatotoxic in large doses over 4 grams per day, is basically used as an excipient in over the counter cold remedies, and in prescription narcotic formulations. So it's fairly easy for chronic users of these drugs, and other pain relievers to exceed the recommended dose limit.

This has gotten by the FDA for a half century or more. I don't see any other than a financial reason for the sudden attention to the problem. It's Chicago in Washington now, so that's what I'd expect.

Oh look at Mark Sanford taking the big hit for his affair like all the Republicans do when they get caught misbehaving.

He's resigning as head of the Republican Governor's association.

Now if you recall..... his wife didn't know where he was. (but certainly some of his staffers did). When you see a situation like that among the well-to-do, you know that the wife is mad at the husband for screwing around but isn't ready to cut down the big money tree yet.

The difference is that among the Democrats, there would be rallying around the malefactor, or if he were coming out as gay, they'd have an actual celebration. Among the Republicans, the guy gets kicked out. Sanford has given up his top position, and soon we'll also see if he resigns as governor. NOTHING like a the democrat party at all.

The next thing is that claim that Sanford's whereabouts were unknown. Naaa.... a few staffers were aware, but I think Sanford will keep quiet about that in order to protect them, and he'll take another hit for dereliction of duty. Don't forget it was the staffers who first announced where Sanford was, and that he was OK. They're the ones who told him that his absence had attracted attention and he had to come home.

Take home lesson: NOONE expects any form of honor or fidelity from a Democrat. Those guys are supported and praised when they have extramarital affairs (and that DOES include Obama), while the Republicans are excoriated and punished for it.

While the Republicans continue to disappoint with their insufficient resolve against Obama, the family values difference between the two parties is still fairly visible.

Yep, he "disappeared" in one of those SUVs that has satellite tracking. You know it's becoming an industry standard and you practically have to ask not to have it. For sure the state owned vehicles have it.

Her concerns are about the intrusiveness of the census questions. In addition, the fraudulent Acorn operation of gangsters is, to a large degree, administering the collection of information.

She's been informed of the unconstitutional regulation which threatens a fine of $5000 dollars to anyone who refuses to answer any census question.

In the last census, there were two different forms. One asked basic questions and the other essentially gave you and your family a verbal colonoscopy.

If this same situation exists again, remember that the post office will have the shortest census form. That the mail fails to deliver the long form to you is simply not your problem.

Do you understand Italian? Read THIS, then. It's about a couple of Japanese guys caught smuggling 134.5 BILLION dollars in US bonds. These are paper bonds, and look very genuine. Bonds of the size and type, found in the false bottom of their briefcase, are rarely issued in certificate form anymore.

An article at the Right Soup attempts analysis of this large financial curiousity, probably would have been one of the largest smuggling attempts of its kind. However later news suggests that the bonds are forgeries.

It appears that our usual media has utterly no interest in the story however. The huge "value" of the smuggled bonds, along with this media disinterest adds significance to the information.

Coincidentally, a WSJ article in March of 2009 announced that the US government had 134.5 billion dollars left in TARP, (which was allowed to be spent at the discretion of the executive branch of government). Isn't GOOGLE amazing for instantly finding such data?

Now if those bonds were real, wouldn't that have churned up a major storm on the internet? Don't know if that could ever have interested the members of this particular congress, nor the Obama administration.

Brainwashed in college by her women's studies courses and feel good psychology, she now feels ready to "help" women by chopping up their late term unborn babies. She wouldn't want anyone bearing the burden of a disabled kid, for example.

Not to Worry..... Rozalyn is a future washout. Reading her commentary, you KNOW she won't make it through her own first procedure chopping up a late term human fetus. So many medical professionals choose their practice to dodge the ER and codes, because they're gross. (Yes, Pharmer gets to attend codes.)

Roz can't even stand up to her own parents regarding this issue of killing unborn kids, and I quote.....

You might want to archive the name Rozalyn Farmer Love , add MD, and google her in about six or seven years. A lot of these 'med students for choice' are blowhards, and they wash out as they face up to the reality of cutting up babies for a living and the social ostracism. That's why we don't have that many abortionists hard at work.

This creature will resign herself to a career of sloppy medicine, (injurious to the health of women) and chemical abortions. This has become the status quo of practice among the younger ob-gyns, with a minority of marked and shining exceptions.
