As a first time visitor I want you to know I am glad you got to see George but for me your food descriptions are so much more tempting. As I was reading about the bagel recipe I got happier & happier reading the list of ingredients thinking I may in fact have all of them-enabling me to bake some this weekend.I think I may even make the sandwich you described with the red onion.
