First of all ...no. It amuses me when shitty corporate pop stars bash pirates for causing them to "lose money" It's an easy excuse that clouds the real reason these corporate retards aren't making bank. People for the most part have a pretty good bullshit detector and unfortunately music nowadays is just that.. reheated bullshit. I contend the real culprit causing these talentless asshats to lose their gobs of cash is the internet itself.

Back before the net was "in" we had to trust every track on a CD was as good as the song we heard on the radio. Most of the time we were wrong and had to live with having one good song on a 12 track suckfest because the record industry had our money at that point. This is how used CD places got famous by taking CDs at a reduced rate and giving us cash or trade. But the internet introduced a very powerful tool to weed out talentless imbeciles by allowing us to preview an entire CD before buying it. Or better yet allowing us to purchase the one song we liked without having to buy the entire CD. So Lilly rather than bash the people who know you suck try to ban the internet, suck less, or eat a dick...your choice.

I've been neglecting my page and art in general (well aside from the work stuff that I can't really show anyone till the game comes out). But I sort of lost my mind for awhile because of some fucked up family problems. It's a long story to bore you with the details but it hit me pretty hard.
With the help and support of my lovely wife and many stalwart friends (both old and new) I can honestly say I'm starting to get alot of my sanity back. I've been slowly working on more and more art as therapy which has been helping me immensely. I hope to be adding many of these to the site soon.

Riddle me this...

With the whole u.s. switching over to digital what's gonna happen to all those orphaned analog signals? Will intrepid ne'er-do-wells find a way to "break into TV" ala pirate broadcast? And can it still be called Pirate TV when they're no longer interrupting your favorite reality show? I see a few possibilities:

1.Say hello to open source TV

2.TVphone becomes reality in much the same way IPods can invade radio via FM transmitter.

3.Our government commandeers the analog signals for some nefarious plan.

4.The FCC locks up said channels until our government goes belly up.

...I for one am keeping my rabbit ears for the possibility of number one. Then again, it's just a thought. :-)
