Building strategic BI solution is often a multi-year enterprise initiative that involves significant resources and risk driven by the complexity of planning and coordination across the gamut of IT competency centers – infrastructure, DBAs, ETL designers, Data Modelers, OLAP designers & Portal specialists - that use completely different metaphors and terminologies.
