(Or view my "master list" here: &lt;A HREF="http://michaelsica.com/books/" REL="nofollow"&gt;http://michaelsica.com/books/ &lt;/A&gt;)&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;2) As I understand it, the use of the "TM" at the end of a name indicates that a name has &lt;B&gt;not&lt;/B&gt; been registered with the US government.  The "TM" signifies that the company is using it as their "trade" "mark", and in the future (or presently) will be registering the trade mark. Once it's actually registered, the company will be able to use the "circled-R" symbol (®).
