The meeting will be held on Monday, July 21, 2008, at 10:00am at the U.S. Department of Commerce in Washington, D.C. (room to be determined). The meeting is open to all interested parties. Then, the Government of the Dominican Republic will substantiate its belief that Monte Textil/Textisur cannot supply the subject product. It is CITA's intention to allow the interested entities to engage in a discussion and ask questions only when necessary to clarify information presented by either entity. At any time, CITA, the Government of the Dominican Republic, Monte Textil/Textisur may request a closed meeting to discuss business confidential information.
