Thankfully, the manager that started this effort acknowledged my feedback and said that he'll read every single comment regardless of the labeling.<br /><br />A few of the committee members explained to me the reasoning behind it. I had to tell them that I'm the least of the problems.<br /><br />The ones that will not raise their feedbacks or objections are the ones that they need to worry about. After my original email was sent, a few other colleagues gave nodding agreements.
