Well, not really but this Phoenix sky was putting on a wonderful show.  The way to make a sunset photo work is to have something in the foreground to contrast against the background. Well, it's more than that.  It's just the start of a wonderful $350 million plus renovation.  In a few years there will be new galleries and more outstanding art.
