The use of raw diamonds doesn't detract from the fact that these are all pieces of fine jewellery and I lovethe company philosphy that trends and fashion won't alter their design aesthetic. Whilst I do like trend driven jewellery, it's always great to see someone sticking to their vision, especially when it works as well as this.<br /><br />It's also really interesting to read that he uses his training as a pastry chef as the basis for the way in which he makes his jewellery!
