This simple yet ground breaking idea is expressed not only though the system's evocative name, which is easily pronounced in a variety of languages, and suggests two players side by side, but also through its innovative list of features and extensive list of playable titles.

A Little Box With Plenty of Power
As with every console, much of the buzz surrounds the specs. The Wii boasts 512 MB of internal flash memory, two USB 2.0 ports, and a slot for SD memory expansion. The system’s technological heart -- a processing chip developed with IBM and code-named "Broadway" and a graphics chipset from ATI code-named "Hollywood" -- deliver stunning performance. And instead of a tray, Wii uses a single, self-loading media bay that plays both 12-centimeter optical discs used for the new system, as well as Nintendo GameCube discs.

Revolutionary Control
No bigger than a small traditional remote control, the wireless Wii Remote is a truly multi functional device. The magic of the Wii Remote's design lies within; acellerometers inside the controller measure movement in all directions and at all speeds. In a tennis game, it serves as your racket as you swing away. In driving games it serves as a steering wheel, allowing you to swerve to avoid obstacles or pickup power-ups. In first-person shooters, it acts as a firearm that you can point directly at an on-screen enemy. The controller also has a force feedback "Rumble" feature and an expansion port for use with accessories, such as the Nunchuck, which adds an analog thumbstick and trigger buttons. The system allows for up to four controllers to be linked at a time and utilizes standard Bluetooth wireless technology. For those who prefer the feel of a traditional controller an adapter is available that fits over the Wii's remote.

What's in the Box:

* Nintendo Wii Game Console
* one (1) Wii Remote controller with Wii Remote Jacket
* one (1) Nunchuk controller
* Wii Sports
* sensor bar
* power cord
* standard composite cable
* stand

<iframe src="http://rcm.amazon.com/e/cm?t=nintendo-wii05-20&o=1&p=8&l=as1&asins=B0009VXBAQ&fc1=EDF702&IS2=1<1=_blank&m=amazon&lc1=00FF5C&bc1=000000&bg1=0C0B0B&f=ifr" style="width:120px;height:240px;" scrolling="no" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" frameborder="0"><iframe src="http://rcm.amazon.com/e/cm?t=nintendo-wii05-20&o=1&p=8&l=as1&asins=B001ABP8BO&fc1=F5E808&IS2=1<1=_blank&m=amazon&lc1=04FF00&bc1=000000&bg1=100F0F&f=ifr" style="width:120px;height:240px;" scrolling="no" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" frameborder="0"><iframe src="http://rcm.amazon.com/e/cm?t=nintendo-wii05-20&o=1&p=8&l=as1&asins=B000XJNTNS&fc1=FDFB06&IS2=1<1=_blank&m=amazon&lc1=00FF14&bc1=000000&bg1=0C0C0C&f=ifr" style="width:120px;height:240px;" scrolling="no" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" frameborder="0">

feliciananoreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7036252949996199823.post-40642335723284405512008-09-18T04:18:00.002-07:002008-11-26T04:33:29.301-08:00Tomy I-SOBOT Robot

i-Sobot can operate in 4 modes

* Remote Control Mode
Movements can be controlled directly using joy sticks and command buttons. When inflated he measures over a whopping 4.5 FT tall! His robot counterparts have no choice but to look up to the truly enormous Mega Mech. With easy to operate controls at your fingertips, Mega Mech obeys all your commands. Press the phrase button to make Mega Mech Talk!

Get the really huge toys, the toys that have the bigger size than your children.

It’s not only the usual inflatable robot, but it provided with remote control so your children can control and make it move in any direction. This Tekno Mega Mech R/C also has 5 speech to make it more interactive. It’s really worth for the money (and I can say it’s cheap too!!). Great for their christmas gift

However, you may think again before buying this product because of this size. First, you need lots of time and effort to blow up this inflatable robot. Second, make sure your home is large enough for this robot to move around. But I think it won’t make a big harm since it only contain air. Your furniture won’t break/crash just by this air filled robots.

feliciananoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7036252949996199823.post-38844483765834870292008-09-18T04:18:00.000-07:002008-11-26T04:39:32.531-08:00Mega Brands Brian the Brain Robot
Brian the Brain looks like something that crawled out of a creepy Halloween movie, but what is he really? Brian's a talking robot buddy with enough artificial intelligence to chat, tell jokes, help you with your homework and more! He's also about 2 feet tall and looks wicked with his googly eyes and brain that lights up with freaky colors when he's talking or thinking (he can do a lot of thinking)! Brian's giant brain is loaded with more than 10,000 facts from the Encyclopedia Britannica as well as a bunch of voice-recognition software, jokes, seven different games, an alarm clock and even a personal organizer so you don't forget to fake sick when you have a math test!

On top of all that stuff, Brian can hook up an mp3 player to play your tunes and plug into a phone line and make phone calls for you. Brian also has a motion sensor and a password system so if he's chilling in your room and someone comes in he'll get all "Hey, who's that?" at them and sound an alarm if they're a stranger. There are only two problems with Brian the Brain, the first is that he's a battery powered gizmo that doesn't move around, but you still can't plug him into the wall! His voice recognition is weak too. Sometimes you'll say "What time is it?" and he'll answer "The president of Uruguay is Tabaré Vázquez." unless you keep him in a quiet room and talk really carefully.

Brian's flaws keep him from being a slam-dunk of awesomeness but he's still great fun and full of handy information. He really can help you do your homework and even comes with a free subscription to Encyclopedia Britannica online!

Brian the Brain is at your command! The EOS 40D combines Canon's tremendous know-how in both the digital and photographic worlds, creating a camera that not only does everything one would expect of a traditional digital SLR, but one that incorporates staggering leaps forward in technological innovation. With new features like Canon's EOS Integrated Cleaning System, Live View Function, a more powerful DIGIC III Image Processor, plus a 10.1-megapixel CMOS sensor, a 3.0-inch LCD monitor and more, the EOS 40D elevates digital photography to new heights, enhancing the shooting experience, and delivering images one could only expect from a Canon.

Display's the Thing
The most easily visible upgrade on the EOS 40D Digital SLR is the camera's larger three-inch LCD screen (compared with the EOS 30D's 2.5-inch monitor). Still, size is only the beginning of the difference between these two cameras' displays. In order to increase viewing ease in outdoor conditions such as bright sunlight, Canon raised the brightness level of the EOS 40D camera's 230,000-pixel LCD screen, broadened the color gamut and narrowed the viewing angle from 170 degrees to a still wide 140-degree perspective in all directions. An added advantage of the larger-sized display is the ability to use a larger font size for text, making it easier to read setting and menu options on the screen. The camera's menu is organized in the same tabbed format as the EOS-1D Mark III Digital SLR.

Enhanced Durability
Recognizing the often rigorous shooting conditions encountered by professional and advanced amateur photographers, Canon design engineers made the EOS 40D SLR's magnesium alloy exterior even more ruggedly dependable than its predecessors with upgraded dust and weather resistant construction, particularly around the camera's connection ports, battery compartment and single-slot compact flash memory card door.

Improved Image Quality
Although it is based on the image sensor used in the EOS Digital Rebel XTi, the EOS 40D Digital SLR's 10.1-megapixel CMOS APS-C size image sensor has been significantly improved thanks to the use of larger microlenses over each pixel to reduce noise and expand sensitivity up to ISO 3200. The EOS 40D retains the model 30D camera's 1.6x focal length conversion factor (compared to full-frame digital image sensors or 35mm film) and is compatible with the full line-up of Canon EF lenses as well as the Company's expanding selection of high-quality, affordable EF-S lenses created specifically for Canon Digital SLRs with APS-C size image sensors.

Improved Autofocus and Exposure Control
While the EOS 40D SLR maintains the nine-point wide area AF coverage first introduced on the EOS 20D camera, Canon has made significant improvements to its speed, precision and functionality, minimizing subject recognition problems in the process. The EOS 40D camera's completely redesigned nine-point AF sensor provides cross-type AF measurement at all nine focusing points for maximum apertures up to f/5.6, and for the first time in any EOS camera, the central AF point offers enhanced precision for both vertical and horizontal subject contrast when using EF or EF-S lenses featuring maximum apertures of f/2.8 or faster. AF calculation speed with the EOS 40D camera is 30 percent faster than the EOS 30D model.

feliciananoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7036252949996199823.post-46448492463846714592008-07-05T04:16:00.000-07:002008-11-26T05:09:18.211-08:00Toshiba QosmioToshiba Qosmio F50

Garmin GPS. Instantly provides your exact location and turn-by-turn directions to your destination.

Stunning good looks. With a large 2.8" screen, 16 gigabytes of internal memory and support for high-quality videos in a wide range of formats, the dual-slide Nokia N96 represents an exciting new chapter in mobile media. The Nokia N96 multimedia computer is expected to begin shipping in the third quarter of 2008 .
The N96 pushes the envelope further by packing a solid 16GB of storage internally in addition to a microSD slot, something the N95 8GB lacks. The 5 megapixel autofocus camera with Carl Zeiss Tessar lens carries over, but there are now two LEDs doing flash and video light duty. The 2.8 inch QVGA display will come in handy for the integrated DVB-H mobile TV tuner, while a 3.5mm headphone jack, A2DP, and integrated stereo speakers should handle audio with aplomb. Other features include WiFi, AGPS, and morphing lights on the smaller second slide that hook the user up with game controls when it's time to relax with a little N-Gage action. Unfortunately, the first version of the N96 (and the only version announced thus far) supports HSDPA only on the 900 and 2100MHz bands, but we imagine the strength of the spec sheet should still be enough to sell a few of these stateside when it launches in the third quarter for €550 (about $797).
Accessing internet videos is quick and simple. The Nokia N96 supports common video formats including MPEG-4, Windows Media Video and Flash Video, making favorite videos easy to view. Transferring and accessing videos is even faster with the high-speed USB 2.0 connection and WLAN and HSDPA support.
The Nokia Video Center offers one place to discover and access a variety of mobile content ranging from movie trailers and comedy to news from world-leading content brands such as YouTube, Reuters, and Sony Pictures.
For a superb music experience, the Nokia N96 features media keys, a 3.5 mm headphone connector and built-in 3D stereo speakers.

feliciananoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7036252949996199823.post-12467968277715807092008-03-26T21:19:00.001-07:002008-03-26T22:15:05.315-07:00Onyx Liscio Mobile Phone
UK -- Onyx, a new UK company that offers elegant, lifestyle, mobile products, has today launched the first device in its range - Liscio, a stylish, elegant phone for the discerning mobile user.
Liscio is compact, lightweight and, above all, stunningly designed. The news is also more evidence of how BlackBerries are becoming more consumer-focused devices, going beyond their traditional stomping ground of push-email and business apps.

feliciananoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7036252949996199823.post-44937038868754436882007-12-16T21:26:00.000-08:002008-01-05T02:35:40.947-08:00Nokia N 810 Internet Tablet
The real 3rd party hacker friendly device was announced today by Nokia and we spent some time with the little web surfer. We played back a trailer of the new King Kong movie, and although the processor is a bit slower than on the older T5 model, it still had a smooth frame rate and looked great on the sharp screen. The headphones socket, however, is disappointing, as there's a lot of audible hiss when you're listening at low volume.
While the device is quite slim and light, and has a black-and-silver colour scheme that looks tasty, you won't find it quite as solid as some of the company's previous handhelds. Still, this is a sharp-looking, affordable PDA, with a decent amount of grunt under the bonnet.

With built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth® technology, this is the wireless device you've been waiting for. Browse the web and check email from your office, campus, or a home Wi-Fi network—and places like airports, cafes, and hotels1. Have time to unwind? The Palm TX handheld even lets you listen to MP3s3 and read eBooks. To sync with your PC or Mac, you can use the included multiconnector USB cable, which plugs into the bottom of the PDA.

The Palm TX is well appointed in the features department. Under the hood, the TX is powered by a 312MHz Bulverde Intel processor and comes with 128MB of nonvolatile flash memory, 100MB of which is user-accessible. Not only is the amount of memory sufficient for copious numbers of contacts, appointments, and other PIM data, but you're also guarded from losing all your data if your PDA happens to run out of juice. A word to the wise: Multimedia files, such as MP3s and video clips, take up a lot of memory, so we recommend investing in a memory card or two to carry such files. The TX's expansion slot accepts up to 2GB SD cards.

feliciananoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7036252949996199823.post-9440373067335215072007-12-16T06:48:00.000-08:002008-01-05T02:32:55.297-08:00Yume Neko Smile - Robot Cat by Sega Toys

From Sega Toys, the Yume Neko Smile (Dream Cat Smile) is the latest in robotic animal interactivity.
