The nation is at war, the deficit is skyrocketing, unemployment is on the up, schools are in budget crisis, and there is a worldwide environmental crisis because we can't seem to adopt non-petroleum energy. Despite all those thigns, the California population and lawmakers are debating the *big* issue of dog breeds. You go California!! Take on the big issues!
