Kickoff ’08 will take place from August 21 – 25, 2008, primarily on the USF campus but also at other locations throughout the Bay Area as deemed appropriate. <br /><br />Working closely with student affairs, career services, and other MBA programs staff, the Kickoff Coordinator will work on the following tasks:<br /><br />•Plan schedule of Kickoff activities;<br />•Secure meeting space on and off campus, then work with vendors to confirm room requirements;<br />•Arrange audiovisual, food and beverage, and other needs in conjunction with Kickoff events; <br />•Order and arrange delivery of materials provided to new students; <br />•Develop and disseminate communications with new MBA students prior to their arrival on campus;<br />•Serve as on-site meeting planner for all Kickoff activities; and<br />•Assist with other MBA Programs office responsibilities as needed.<br /><br />The ideal candidate is a current MBA student with skills and interests in meeting planning and management, writing, and administration.
