It's defiantly not a wedding cake , some have suggested that its name comes from " a metaphor for marriage because it has a rough top but a sweet filling and a firm base". I just call it delicious.<br /><br />My sister sent me a scan of my mothers original recipe hand written in two colours.<br /><br />She gives credit to her mother on the top corner.<br /><br />It still tastes great even frozen!<br /><br />Click on this image to make it larger!<br /><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_wd8AllEFLYY/SOfeZuLP3vI/AAAAAAAAAGE/vXxbueIhiFI/s1600-h/Matrimonial+Cake_edit.jpg"><img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 443px; height: 284px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_wd8AllEFLYY/SOfeZuLP3vI/AAAAAAAAAGE/vXxbueIhiFI/s400/Matrimonial+Cake_edit.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5253412023824277234" border="0" /></a>B Whttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03947830461798530607noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6993924422279916572.post-18091000356050685232008-10-04T11:18:00.000-07:002008-10-04T12:19:07.406-07:00Truck Food IVThats Truck Food 4, not Truck Food intravenous ;-)<br /><br />This episode is shot in Harrison New York Just off the Saw Mill on Saw Mill River Road near<br /><br />Farragut ave.<br /><br /><object width="320" height="266" class="BLOG_video_class" id="BLOG_video-75985f535f10f879" classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,40,0"><param name="movie" value="http://www.blogger.com/img/videoplayer.swf?videoUrl=http%3A%2F%2Fvp.video.google.com%2Fvideodownload%3Fversion%3D0%26secureurl%3DqgAAAHfApvOOOB_WlESfHfM9b00DNlXdwCAXrYZArcSZW6K0j70WRABJpfuQHnuSgqKaZspkg-52DjwQPWVRo-geost1oqVBJ0LY8_fPwqVZ1imZO-43nHWMJB53k4o36HzsERsAgqohru7Yq_50_CtBGRZL3yXptG0zW7D8cdMUuRc8bnefJNcN8cwQgr72-8L_iUgme2KM4TED9MzO_fBfR6ShMEC-Fw_IZCDvq_dqrIPI%26sigh%3DlKT2BONBhvz0qfRo0MX_SmecAqg%26begin%3D0%26len%3D86400000%26docid%3D0&amp;nogvlm=1&amp;thumbnailUrl=http%3A%2F%2Fvideo.google.com%2FThumbnailServer2%3Fapp%3Dblogger%26contentid%3D75985f535f10f879%26offsetms%3D5000%26itag%3Dw320%26sigh%3DNijso2i2vM0wbz7BOeH87IjcMjc&amp;messagesUrl=video.google.com%2FFlashUiStrings.xlb%3Fframe%3Dflashstrings%26hl%3Den"><param name="bgcolor" value="#FFFFFF"><embed width="320" height="266" src="http://www.blogger.com/img/videoplayer.swf?videoUrl=http%3A%2F%2Fvp.video.google.com%2Fvideodownload%3Fversion%3D0%26secureurl%3DqgAAAHfApvOOOB_WlESfHfM9b00DNlXdwCAXrYZArcSZW6K0j70WRABJpfuQHnuSgqKaZspkg-52DjwQPWVRo-geost1oqVBJ0LY8_fPwqVZ1imZO-43nHWMJB53k4o36HzsERsAgqohru7Yq_50_CtBGRZL3yXptG0zW7D8cdMUuRc8bnefJNcN8cwQgr72-8L_iUgme2KM4TED9MzO_fBfR6ShMEC-Fw_IZCDvq_dqrIPI%26sigh%3DlKT2BONBhvz0qfRo0MX_SmecAqg%26begin%3D0%26len%3D86400000%26docid%3D0&amp;nogvlm=1&amp;thumbnailUrl=http%3A%2F%2Fvideo.google.com%2FThumbnailServer2%3Fapp%3Dblogger%26contentid%3D75985f535f10f879%26offsetms%3D5000%26itag%3Dw320%26sigh%3DNijso2i2vM0wbz7BOeH87IjcMjc&amp;messagesUrl=video.google.com%2FFlashUiStrings.xlb%3Fframe%3Dflashstrings%26hl%3Den" type="application/x-shockwave-flash"></embed></object><br /><br />I had heard tails of this Taco Truck from several people, my mechanic and a local firefighter as<br /><br />well.
