All along we knew that we had to accomplish a victory decisive enough that they would not be able to steal it. Thousands of volunteers in Montgomery County, two great full time campaign staffers, and the best gotv program in the history of politics made it happen.

Our volunteers were better.
Our organization was better.
Our voters were better.
Our candidate was better.

This blog has served it's purpose, and I'll be shutting it down soon. It was a lot of fun... thanks.

Eric's blogging has been light lately because he has been heeding his own advice...Volunteering! I believe that he has talked about this before. Anyways, before E-Day rolls around, I want to personally thank Eric for the many hours that he has put forth in working to re-elect President Bush and for the work on the MCOfB blog. As Eric told President Bush last week...yes, that was Eric greeting the President at the steps of Air Force One last Thursday..."Mr. President, we do not just want you re-elected, we need you re-elected." I believe that we all feel the same way...

Anyways, the only reason Eric wanted me to blog was to talk about Kerry...not Eric...so Eric, I apologize...

I am sure that many of you have been following the story surrounding Kerry's military record. This morning, there are a few items that are beginning to circulate.

The first is an article by Thomas Liscomb in the New York Sun which can be found here. Liscomb, who has been following the Kerry military record for the past year, has found additional evidence that Kerry's discharge was anything but honorable.

Also, Powerline has an interesting post that shows how Kerry's interview with MSNBC was edited for NBC's Dateline to remove an admission by Kerry where he acknowledges that not all of his military records have been released. Check it out...

I feel like I'm beating the same drum over and over. Actually, I think that the drum is being beaten by the donkey in the corner of the room; I'm just kind of pointing you in the direction of the noise.

First off ... today we learn that among the thousands and thousands of fradulent voters registered by democrats this election cycle here in Ohio alone, were two known Al Queda terrorists. Nuradin Abdi and Iyman Faris were both registered by a democratic operative Kevin Eugene Dooley. Full Story Also, John Fund claims that at least eight of the September 11 hijackers were registered to vote!

Hmm ... I wonder who they'd be voting for if they weren't burning in hell right now?

Today I spoke with two union representatives who wanted people to know about what their unions were doing. The first was a member of the local steel workers union, and he showed me his union card to prove it. He said that a buddy of his who he works with has a son who is also in the union. Union members stood over his son and made him fill out an absentee ballot request form, told him that he'd "better mail it in" and that he'd "better bring the ballot in and vote for Kerry, or you'll regret it..." Secondly a member of another union who works at a local plant here in the Dayton area told me that he was trying to distribute some Bush literature and absentee voter applications in the lot of his shop when a van with three or four other union members pulled up, roughed him up a bit, and tried to take his union card away and rip it up. Both men were too afraid to report the thugs to authorities or to get involved... they just thought someone should know. Now you know.

And the unions are there to protect their workers rights. <-- (It's hard to type that without rolling your eyes.)

One for the Good Guys

First off ... sorry for not posting much lately. Yes, I'm still here. I've been busy and also, to be quite frank, one can only write about democratic voter fraud and Kerry's lies so much before one's mind turns to mush.

But ... there is some good news. Tonight the 6th U.S. Circuit Court has overruled the earlier wrongheaded decision by a lower court to allow people to obtain provisional ballots anywhere in the county where they reside. Article here.

Why is this important? One of the reasons we all vote close to home, besides that it makes it easier for more people to turn out on election day, is because we all have at least a passing idea of the people who live around us. Voting anywhere in the county, which means anyone could walk into any precinct, four, five, or twenty of them, and vote without having their name on a list of registered voters, was asinine and inviting fraud on a massive scale.

Ken Blackwell, thank you for standing up to these shenanigans.

Demoncrats in Cuyahoga County, through their Surrogates at the NAACP, were apparently paying people with crack cocaine in order to complete fraudulent voter registration forms.

Like any crime ... for each one that goes reported, there are many others we don't hear about. Do you really think that this is the only guy the NAACP provided drugs to for fake voter registrations?

People need to go to prison for a long, long, time for the fraud that is going on in this election. Put that in your pipe and smoke it!

Now, before someone gets their union-made panties in a bunch, let me clarify something: Not all union members and not all AFLCIO members are idiots ... the vast majority are hard working, normal people. I happen to be a union member and an elected union director, as a matter of fact, so I certainly don't have anything against unions in general.

Today an ugly hoard of idiots from the AFLCIO descended on the Victory Center. They were carrying signs that said “Bush: Get your hands off my overtime” and chanting some half-rhyme like, “hey, hey, ho, ho, Bush took my overtime-o.” Morons. One of the fools came into the Victory Center, threw a laundry basket on the ground, and began throwing bundles of little post cards in the basket. We politely asked the moron to leave, pushed him out the door, and shut it. Undeterred, the dullards outside continued blocking the entrance to our storefront, throwing bundles of post cards against the door and windows, and yelling insults at anyone who they thought was inside. Of course, channels 2 and 22 were more than happy to come along and act as accomplices to the rabid mob.

The nice retirees we had working the phone banks were scared to death.

The police showed up and did a fine job of getting the goons off the property.

Now, the reason I say that these particular union sheep are idiots is because they don't even know how to Check Their Facts and think for themselves. They'd rather be led down to drink from the stupid pond by their socialist thug leaders.

We went through this whole thing with my union back when the DOL announced the new standards and we realized then what the protesting morons today could have learned for themselves if they took the time to read a little: that the new overtime rules won't affect us and likely won't affect any but the slightest fraction of AFLCIO people. If they weren't too lazy to look up a few facts for themselves, the morons could simply go to the The DOL Website and get whatever information they wanted on the new standards...

These boobs are the ones who give us union members a bad name ... and are also the reason my dad just about disowned me when he found out I had been elected director. Please don't get the wrong impression about union members or blue collar workers when you see these loons on parade: they do not represent the values of most union members, only those of their corrupt socialist power structure.

(By the way, if you are reading this, you AFLCIO moron, you forgot your laundry basket... we're going to use it to carry Bush/Cheney fliers in when we walk door to door. I think we'll stick a sign on it that says, “Donated by the AFLCIO.”)

I laughed so hard that I almost spilled my Texas-brewed Lonestar Beer all over the sofa. If you managed to listen to Kerry's latest flop without laughing out loud, you have more self control than most Buddhist monks.

While the President may not have looked as snazzy or sounded as snazzy as ScaryKerry last week during the first debate, and certainly the spinmeisters have been busy declaring Kerry the “winner”, Kerry’s performance was certainly nothing that should have gained him any respect from the American voters. Unfortunately his latest "reinvention" of himself is the first time that many undecided voters may have paid much attention. Kerry might have sounded nice to the average listener … but his arguments don’t hold up to any serious scrutiny or thought:

Kerry’s position on Korea was asinine… not to mention the duality of his claims that it was wrong for the President to “go it alone” on Iraq, but yet it is also wrong for the President not to go it alone with the Koreans.

As for Kerry’s “consistent position” on Iraq, head on over to Kerry on Iraq to see the truth, in Kerry’s own words.

Kerry might have told us that when he flopped on the 87 billion dollars, he simply “mis-spoke.” Odd … it would appear that not only did you mis-speak, Senator, but you managed to “mis-vote” also.

If the President looked irritated with Kerry … I imagine it’s because he was irritated with Kerry. Who wouldn’t be? In the end, I’m going to trust that the American voter can see through the slick Kerry persona to make the right decision on November 2.

I managed to make it to see the President in Springfield on Monday. Our seats were no more than 30 feet away from President Bush. ( Volunteer … it does have its privileges)

The President was on message, and his delivery was nearly flawless. He appeared natural and un-rehearsed, ad-libbed some funny comments on the fly, and came off as a sincere, personable, and likeable person. The most incredible thing to me was that he was naturally in complete command of the room and the stage. If the President is half as much on his game this Thursday as he was yesterday, Kerry will leave the stage either crying or with a wet spot on his pants.

The conventional wisdom we’ve been hearing this week is that the debates will be the one time Kerry gets to stand on a stage with the President of the United States as an equal; it’s Kerry’s three shots at appearing with the President as equals and at showing the American people that Kerry is up to the task of being President. (Who was it that said the conventional wisdom is generally neither?) My prediction is that the debates, particularly this first one, will be a disaster for Kerry. ScaryKerry isn’t a leader; he is by nature a committee man… a Senator. Kerry has no moral base, no platform to stand on… nothing. He’s ghoulish and unlikable. He talks like the kept man of privilege that he is. The last place his advisors should want him to be is on a stage next to a man like President Bush.

I almost feel sorry for Kerry…

Right off ScaryKerry's website we find his plan for Iraq:

Internationalize, because others must share the burden;

Train Iraqis, because they must be responsible for their own security;

Move forward with reconstruction because that's an important way to stop the spread of terror; and

Help Iraqis achieve a viable government, because it is up to them to run their own country.

WOW! Great plan, JohnJohns... I wonder why it sounds so familiar? Because essentially it is President Bush's plan!

There are thirty some countries in Iraq... I guess we don't need Kerry to "internationalize."

We've been working for months on training the Iraqi's, and the latest bunch of funding we sent their way will result in 135,000 Iraqi policemen. I guess we don't need Kerry to train Iraqis.

We've been reconstructing since before the war was over! USAID Lists most of what we've accomplished so far ... and it's amazing. I guess we don't need Kerry for reconstruction.

Finally, elections are still planned for January in Iraq. Sounds like we don't need Kerry to help Iraqi's run their own country.

So ... President Bush has already accomplished or has already made substantial progress in the direction of all four points of Kerry's plan for Iraq. Just why, then, do we need John Kerry?

I keep hearing the "big news" that five September 11 widows are endorsing John Kerry... this should hardly be news to anyone. Kristin Breitweiser has been an anti-Bush liberal for a long time, and I doubt her hatred for President Bush would be any less if September 11, 2001 had been any other normal day instead of the terrible bloody attack on our country that it was.

What no one wants to report is that many more September 11 survivors are supporting the President. The group 9/11 Families for a Safe and Strong America has almost 70 members who lost family members on September 11. Story Here

Hmmmm ... 5 widows versus 70 family members. Sounds very similar to the 13 Kerry swiftboat vets versus the 250 Swiftboat Vets for the Truth.

If I decide I want to forge a typed memo from 1972 I think I'll run over to mom's house and dig the old Selectric out. I'm relatively certain that I won't be using Microsoft Word and a laser printer.

You should have heard by now, but it appears that the "smoking gun" memos which supposedly proved that President Bush shirked his National Guard duty were forgeries. I won't go into all the details, but you can read about it on Fox News or Right Voices.

Now, I haven't seen photographic copies of the documents myself ... and I'm no document examiner, to be sure. I have; however, worked with document examiners many times. Document examiners are famous for hedging their bets and using words like "inconclusive" and "indeterminate." If you are really lucky you might get an examiner to say, "It would appear that..." When a document examiner says something like, "I'm virtually certain these were computer generated" you can take it to the bank.

I think I've decided. The stupid people are loosing it.

Duplicity

I remember the knot in my stomach nearly four years ago when we all watched on TV as rabid power hungry democratic lawyers tried to steal the election. They whined of "disenfranchisement" while doing everything they could to make sure that the only votes disenfranchised were votes for President Bush and that the only votes counted (again) were votes for Algore.

Now, the demoncrats have sued Florida to keep Ralph Nader off the ballot in that state. Once again, the duplicitous dems want everyone's vote to count, as long is it's the vote they want you to cast.

Along the same lines, I'm getting tired of hearing the dems complain about the whole "exporting jobs" issue. First of all, I'd like to know what ScaryKerry has done during his time in the Senate to keep jobs in the U.S. Anyone? Hello? Anyone at all?

Actually, I think it's better that Kerry has done nothing to try to keep jobs from going overseas ... I just think it odd that once again he's trying to make a campaign issue out of an area he is less than strong in himself. Of course, in typical duplicitous fashion, the Kerry camp is running that advertisement on TV that shows the poor old hunched over liver spotted man with the speech articulation problem complaining about not being allowed to buy his medication cheaper from Canada.

Let me get this straight ... we need to do everything we can to keep UAW jobs here in the United States ... but it's perfectly alright to export the jobs of chemists and pharmacologists to Canada?

Slightly off topic, but stick with me here for a second ... and remember that this isn't an "official" Bush/Cheney site.

340 dead in Russia this week. 155 of them children. An additional 336 school children hospitalized with serious injuries inflicted by islamic terrorists. They aren't done counting yet, either. The population of Beslan is just 30,000 people; the size of one of our suburbs here in Montgomery County. Imagine how quiet some streets in Beslan will be for years to come without those children.

One hostage reported, "When children began to faint, (the islamic terrorists) laughed." Pure evil.

The apologists will avoid stating the obvious or acknowldging that the big pink elephant in the corner is wearing a burka. They'll discuss Russia's problems in Chechnya in the past, implying that the Russian government is to blame. Just as they blame Isreal for Palastenian bomb-wearers and as they blame America for planes flown into our buildings. The fact can't be changed that it's not American, Russian, or Isreali soldiers who coldbloodedly murder school children, strap bombs to their bodies and wade into a crowded market, or hijack planes: It's islamofacist terrorists... every time.

I don't want a petal-power-war-protesting-mealy-mouthed-flip-flopper in the White House when these same people will come here and do this to our kids if we let them.

For you military people out there ... which one salutes like POTUS?

For a guy who blows so much wind out of his pie hole about his "war hero" status ... that is just about the saddest salute I've ever seen.

Well, I take that back, I have seen ONE salute that was as bad:

Other stuff: I do have more bumper stickers in, but this is it. I've mailed over 100 of them out, and if I spend any more money on postage the wife will kick me in the pants.
