The bathroom in the building I am in is small, one urinal, one stall for about 300 people in the building, more than half men. So you would expect a lot of traffic, which happens at peak times of the day, you have to wait to use the urinal, which is fine.petehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00869624324886979346noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6955576.post-37773890705127202772007-12-14T15:25:00.000-08:002007-12-14T15:28:24.367-08:00What I have been up to:Check out MORBIDMTB.COM if you haven't already, fun on two wheels or a bottle. petehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00869624324886979346noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6955576.post-24542654428401140362007-11-26T20:28:00.001-08:002007-11-26T20:39:30.152-08:00I am Domesticated... I got there around 4:45 and stood in line to register. Got through that pretty quick and got the rest of my stuff together and the bike assembled. I only got about a 10 minute warm up, I usually need about 8-10 miles before my legs are set to go. Stupid 5:30 start time. Winds were out of the West at a little over 20 mph with gusts near 40 mph. Riding across a vast stretch of what was flat farmland with those kinds of winds beat the shit out of you. You don't wanna be riding a bike or trying to cast a fly fishing line into it. One thing I also learned during the race is remember wind direction when spitting. So I saw this guy sunning himself up in Fort Snelling where 5 and 55 meet near the quick gravel sections between the concrete walk/bikeways. I whipped out the RAZR and snapped this crappy picture. I ride through part of Fort Snelling State Park. I prefer this much more than driving. As I took this picture up on 5 and 55 cars are backed up for nearly a mile along the road. Suckers. Friday is bike to work day and you should do it. If you have showers near/at work you have no excuse. If you drive less than 5 miles, no excuse. :) 10 miles petehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00869624324886979346noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6955576.post-19398274958927029092007-05-07T19:45:00.000-07:002007-05-08T07:52:13.872-07:00SPBRC BRP Too may acronyms?
