The NEGLAA, located at 184 Cottage Street in East Boston, opened recently and seeks to promote Latin American art and artists.<br /><br />Meanwhile, Friday saw the opening of a new exhibit at <a href="http://www.atlanticworks.org/">Atlantic Works</a>. Pieces by painters Karen Kemp and Maureen O'Connor are on display throughout the month.
