Come and join us at Dulwich Park Fair on Sunday 17th May where your children will be having a lovely time entertained with the many activities that have been organised specially for them. There will be a steam fair, live bands, children's games and entertainers.

Dulwich Park Fair is held on the last day of Dulwich Festival. The Festival runs from the 8th to the 17th May with many activities - calendar Dulwich Festival 2009

On a smaller scale and for post natal exercises, there is the - Running Mummies at Greenwich Park where mummies run and do light exercise alongside their babies in their pushchairs.

Our website is currently having a face-lift, so some pages still have the old design (with a dark blue menu on the left) and some have an all-new design. The new pages pull data dynamically so more clever things can be done with it. You can choose to show only cloth nappies with poppers fastening, only ones made from organic cotton, and so on. We hope that with the new web design, choosing the right cloth nappy will be a much simpler task

We welcome any comments you might have concerning the new design, and any suggestions you can think of to improve it would be greatly appreciated.

As a mum of four there are things that can happen up to the very last minute that can prevent me from coming to the market. Also, this month's snowy weather making it so cold for the traders who are outside all day, dates might sadly have to be cancelled.

Inkeri sources the most beautiful fabrics from second-hand clothes and transforms them into new designs, such as shirts into skirts, and trousers into dresses. Some features of the original garments are given a second function in the new designs such as, what were once collars are now waistbands. All are original designs and very environmentally thoughtful.

We will try to trade every weekend though sometimes it will be Saturday and sometimes Sunday. Very occasionally it will be neither or we might do both! Last year Car Free Day at Greenwich was like this as publicised by us here. This year promises to be just as exciting - Greenwich Council has organised live street entertainment in the town centre to be enjoyed in a traffic-free environment.

Greenwich Car Free Day aims to encourage people to reduce car use, and promote alternative forms of transport. This year will have a strong focus on cycling with a range of cycling themed attractions and activities.

Waltham Forest Green Fair and the Fellowship Symphony, 20 July
